The two men delivering the freezer we're very competent on what they were doing. We had a tricky staircase to get the freezer down and a tricky doorway as well and they managed to get it down the stairs and into the basement without a problem. I was also dealing with Angela at the the store and I found her to be very helpful and answered all of my questions. Overall the service was great
