The delivery people were rude
The delivery people were rude. They entered with wet shoes. It was raining out they did not have booties to cover their shoes. One of the men asked 5 times for bottled water or bottled juice almost as soon as he entered. I explained 5 times it was not my home I was only there to let them in it was my son's residence. I explained my son didn't have bottled water nor does he drink juice. They expressed their annoyance saying that they would have to buy water. I repeated that I was sorry but offered tap water which they refused. I was not comfortable in their presence and didn't like the way they kept asking when I clearly had answered. I just wanted them out. They left foam on the floor broken into pieces the man who wanted the water told the other man "leave it" so I had to vacuum it up. They called my son and told him to give a good review even though he wasn't there for the delivery. I wrote the Sales person with this complaint as I was thinking of buying a fridge but do not want these two men coming to my home.

this was my first time using this place to buy an appliance and I was very pleased with the whole process. My sales lady Kelly was very nice, patient and extremely helpful and honest - she did not try to upsell me at all. I told her what I wanted and she found it for me. Delivery was within 2 days of my purchase and the delivery process was just as excellent as the purchase

Great Experience Getting my new.Samsung Washer
I loved that I could take my time online and read all the reviews and read all the different specs of the different washing machines.there were so.many choices and.the prices were.great ( I had.been to all the big box stores and.did not.find what I wanted...I chose to order online but I could of gone to the store to look in person if I wanted. They had great communication..I always felt like I new.what the next.step would be.
