I called the store directly. Ayden was very helpful/informative and asked the right questions on my needs. I will be honest and say I was price shopping and looking for in stock item. He emailed me the information after we finished. Basically it was in stock and priced right for our needs. I saved a little extra on top of that. I clicked the link, ordered online, info already there. Got several follow up emails. Got to choose a delivery date from their choices. Product arrived a few days later. I received emails on timing, followed by a phone call a short time before arrival. The gentleman who delivered, checked out the location it was going. Brought the washer into the basement, did a complete hook up, ran machine to ensure all was working and removed the old washer. Delivery, hook up and removal was free. Other companies would have charged me $80-100 to deliver to my area. I don’t normally buy without going into the store. This whole process was quick, easy and no nonsense. A fantastic set up and very much appreciated 😃

delivery and installation people. On the pedestal component very disappointed that Whirlpool have eliminated the sliding shelf that supported the laundry basket for loading and unloading. This was included in the previous models that we purchased.

We are happy with our recent purchase but think revising the delivery system would be helpful to purchasers
We are happy with our recent purchase of a Tru Arctic beverage fridge. The delivery system is a concern since you can request a 3 hour window for delivery but they do not honor it and come when they wish to but let you know only the night before. Living rurally there are not neighbors able to take delivery. When it was delivered, they did a great job and took the old fridge and packaging as well as placing it in our desired location.
