One sore point is the sales rep at the store. I would give him a three(3) rating not more.He knew i needed my order ASAP as i had been without fridge and stove since the 6thof this month.

1st time buyer
As a first timer buyer with CAS our sales rep Nicola made the experience worth returning for our next appliance. The delivery team was First Class, and as their name implies, that is how the delivery, and removal of our old appliance went.
Based on this experience, I would recommend CAS for your next appliance purchase.

Resonable prices, quick and friendly service
Price for washer and dryer was reasonable. Communication before sale was quick and friendly. Delivery eas quick and the guys were friendly and installed everything super fast as well. I have been using the new washer and dryer for 2 weeks only (so far they work well). I will update my review in a few weeks if something comes up.

Your store showed promotion for…
Your store showed promotion for multiple purchases. We bought 4 appliances and it seems none were a part of the promotion. When we asked for the list of appliances that did qualify we where told only when entering the actual appliance in the system can they know. They had no list to indicate which appliances are a part of the promotion.Very upsetting and non transparent. I felt like it was a bait and switch maneuver..Have submitted the issue to BBB that they could note provide a list of appliances that would provide the multiple purchase discount as promoted.

I bought a range hood but no unit was available when I went to pickit up
I bought a range hood y phone because I needed it for pickup next day. When I got to the warehouse at laval it turned out there was no unit available, apparently the inventory was wrong.
I was able to call back and speak with the same person that I spoke the day before over the phone, and change my unit for a bigger one (100 CAD more) because at that point I didn't have a choice. I had to get a unit right away.
So my experience shopping with you was not great.

I started my search on line and communicated with an agent. That helped me discover exactly what I wanted. I next went to the location in Longueuil. I had a great interaction with the salesman without feeling pressured. The price was right. The delivery time was well communicated to me from start to finish, on time and done with care. A good experience from start to finish.
