The experience of buying a product at CAS is five star. The experience of trying to get a delivery window is more frustrating. This is my third experience with buying products and also struggling somewhat with the delivery process.

Speedy & Reliable Service
Customer service by Rajat Mehan (Sales Advisor) was great on Sunday, April 19/26, however, I wish to mention that the customer service I received on the phone 5 minutes before store closing was extremely helpful in motivating me to visit the store. I don’t have the name of the person, but, in spite of the lack of time, he was professional and patient enough to convince me to visit the store and I wish to give him a shout out to keep it up. You earned a satisfied customer!
Rajat Mehan met me when I entered the store, and, pleasantly and professionally took care of my needs. He listened to me and answered all my questions and concerns. The transaction went smoothly, email correspondence with all relevant information was sent, delivery/haul away service was on time, care/safety was adhered to, installation was completed in a timely manner and the Installers were polite, friendly and professional. They did a very good job!
I purchased a dishwasher and chest freezer that was on sale, and, so far I am pleased with how they’re working.
Hopefully, they continue to work well!
I highly recommend this store, especially the Sales Advisor, Rajat Mehan, and all the folks involved in making my experience successful, pleasant and satisfying. I hope you can continue to offer your excellent customer services to one and all.

Right from our initial order with Ahmed way back in August, CAS has been great to deal with the entire way.
We had a lot of delays and never had an issues with rescheduling delivery etc. Ahmed was so great to watch pricing and even got us a discount from the pricing we originally agreed to due to local sale. Such a great experience - would def buy from them again.

Installation not included after all
I chose Canadian Appliance Source because of the fact that free delivery and installation was part of the package. When I purchased it, my salesperson, Ali Hafeez, did not mention that there were any exceptions to this installation policy. Moreover, I carefully read my contract, and it did not list any exceptions to this policy. However, when my dryer arrived, they would not install it, saying that the length of the venting tube required was too long. In the end, I had to hire a separate installer to come and install (the venting tube on) the dryer at an extra expense. (By the way, I got two separate quotes for installation (of the venting tube), sending pictures to each of them, and neither of them suggested that there was anything unusual or exceptional about the length of venting tube required in my case.)

1) What has been labeled by CAS as a "non-standard" length of venting tube (requiring an "extension") was considered in both estimates by other companies as a standard length subject to their minimum installation charge. The venting tube now installed is a single, one-piece tube going directly from my dryer to the hole in the outside wall.
2) Yes, this labeling of my tube as "non-standard" was explained at the time of DELIVERY. It was not explained at the time of PURCHASE, nor was there even any use of the word "standard" or "non-standard" in the purchase contract, much less a description of what a standard versus non-standard installation might be, even in any fine print.
