Bad customer service
Had my stove delivered and not even a week after delivery my oven broke. I tried getting in touch with my salesman by phone and by email with no reply. I was told to deal with warranty. This company just wants your money and as soon as the sale is made they do not care for you whatsoever. I’m now waiting for a new part to arrive for my oven which will leave me 3 weeks without a stove. As long as their salesman gets the commission, all is well.. Would not purchase from them again after this experience.

However, price was slight better than all competitors & free delivery plus take away of old appliance was what swayed me.

Great service from start to finish
Helpful staff at the store. Very prompt delivery service. Setup of new washing machine was very efficient, with attention to detail and levelling , as well as cleanup of any water during removal of the old machine. Delivery staff removed and replaced a door during installation and remained friendly and courteous throughout, would use again in the future.

New dishwasher …
Our first stop on the hunt for a new dishwasher was Canadian Appliance Source. We were able to compare the brands we already researched right there in the showroom as they had lots of models on display.
After lots of discussion, getting information on specific features of two different brands, we made our decision and made our purchase. What started off looking like we would need to go from store to store - we went to one store and will definitely return the next time we need another new appliance.
Delivery was exactly as scheduled and everyone we dealt with was pleasant and professional.
