Mayday technician arrived as planned. We then had to wait for recovery, but were kept informed. We were recovered home then recovered on to garage. All worked really well.

I have not had to use the recovery of vehicle very often, but I needed once only to recover my motorhome. I was very pleased with the recovery and delivery to my chosen destination. Very good service

Having been with Mayday for a good number of years and calling them out on 3 or 4 occasions I have always been treated in a polite friendly manner and any problems have been rectified likewise on renewal no problems at all.

Unfortunately I have had to use Green Flag on a few occasions. Their service is amazing. The last time I used them, my partner's car had a dead battery (could not use jump leads because of the position the car was in) and because not having been used for a while the handbrake had jammed. I phoned Green Flag at 1215Hrs, and could not believe that the breakdown man was at our bungalow at 1235Hrs, and had gone at 1245hrs, with the car started and handbrake released. Incredible service. I bought a new car (£35,000) in March, and after travelling 350miles broke down at a service station on the M1. This was at 1315Hrs. The AA man arrived at 1430 and could not fix the problem. The AA recovery vehicle arrived at 1930Hrs (This was on a Monday) and my car arrived back at the nominated garage on the Thursday.

This is an excellent recovery system which caters for cars and caravans. I was unlucky and my car broke down whilst towing my caravan. The service I received was second to none.

Excellent Product! Still great value compared to other companies with peace of mind when towing that car and caravan will be recovered in the event of an unexpected issue.

After a 2 week old tyre went of with a very loud bang and made a big hole in the floor smashed 2 cabinets, lost all the rear lights. It was raining cats and dogs, cups, plates, knives and forks kettle, all ended up on all 3 lanes of the M4. This was close to Bridgend, traffic was very heavy we were only doing about 30mph Rang mayday Green flag they took all required info. They rang back to say 45mins No they were there in 5mins took to there yard and fix it.

Never claimed but peace of mind.. I had auto renew on my policy, but this year it did not happen, so i rang them up and renewed it strait away, lucky i had not needed to claim as no cover for just over a month.

Been with Mayday for several years and luckily never needed to use their services, yet. Full cover at £175 might not be cheap but it certainly gives peace of mind and covers us for any car, caravan and our motorbikes for the equivalent of about 50p a day
