6 phone calls to get car picked up only 2 answered. 20 minute wait at airport for collection. Returning 16 phone calls only 6 answered. 93 minute wait for car to be delivered. Told lies, lies, lies each time we rang and got through!

Do not trust your vehicle to these people on the day if departure the car was picked up after one hour of calling and waiting outside for their deiver to arrive and asking for a refund so i can park in official meet and greet, one some sites theis business is called eat meet and greet so dont get confused. On pickup day after one hour i received a call that their is a delay in my car the reson was not given when the car arrived the whole passenger side was scartached and damaged including both doirs front and back. Made the complain no response since and now they dont even answer the phone. There are plenty more people who suffered because of them so please search internet and see for yourself becore you select this company because it 10 pounds cheaper. All the reviews on their own website are 5 stars but no where an option to leave a review so if something is too good to be true it usually is

got my confirmation email right after my booking. When I got to the airport the driver was waiting for me there all i had to do was give a quick call when i was 20 minutes away. When I got back just another call when I got my luaggae and the driver was waiting for me with my car. All in all very good.

I used carparkmanchesters meet and greet service on 10-3-16 to go to Sicily going was easy met at the airport they took my car no problems, on returning on 12-316 called them "we will be with you in 15 minutes sir" meet at arrivals carpark, after numbers of phone calls where are you the finally arrived 1.40mins late it was freezing we were wound up they were apologetic and admitted that they had left the car in a different compound and were very sorry they did not get the car out in time as it was blocked in by another car and they couldn't find the keys. So we were keen to get away after waiting 1.40 mins got the keys drove home. On arriving home I have discovered a dent in the passengers door, spoke to carparkmanchester they said they would review the cctv footage of my car in the compound and come back to me and that this was now being dealt with by a manager (no names though) vasically other than acknowledging my email nothing has happened and in their terms and conditions it says once picked up your car is your problem, we were put under enormous stress waiting in the cold for our car to arrive and all we wanted to do was get in it and go home. Carparkmanchester in my view should hold their hands up say sorry pay for the repair and offer a free trip (then would use them again) Now we are reduced to this review SAD! Rubbish sevice and rubbish feedback I paid and now will have to pay for a repair to my door.
