Shocking. Parts went faulty after 3 months. 2 year gurantee stated.
And yet they make you jump through hoops to claim.

More than 15 messages.
3 weeks ongoing. Still no part..

Avoid these sellers!!!

Unfortunately, the shoddy quality of the coolant expansion tank led to a nice coolant leak in the middle of nowhere. I never write reviews, but feel like I have to here.

Customer service is non existent, Jason was as helpful as a chocolate teapot.

Another victim of this joke of a company not honouring warranty. Fitted some sealed hub units purchased from these in the spring so about 6 months old and done less than 10k miles. Messaged through eBay with pictures of grease loss, they have stalled for weeks asking all manner of stupid questions. Now come back and said not covered on warranty as they need a full report on how this part failure was diagnosed. A sealed bearing unit is designed to keep grease in and not let it out what more diagnosis do they need.
Will never purchase anything from these con merchants again and advise others to avoid them.

As others have said, wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing.
Bought a windscreen washer motor in February, failed in September.
The seller has asked a question at a time, constantly delaying any refund or replacement. Even asking how many times I have used it.
Raised a complaint through Ebay.
Wouldn't but anything from this company again.

Ordered a thermostat housing for a Vauxhall, the part turned up, fitted it fine, then it broke after 4 months in use, the thermostat sensor is faulty.

Contacted them and was met with the most unhelpful bloke in the world, who purposely asked singular questions to delay the process, of just replacing the part.

The company is fraudulent and do not honour the guarantees they state.

Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Sent the wrong part and then blamed me for the error. A very unhelpful company.

I wish I’d seen these reviews before ordering! Ordered two “OEM quality” window regulators for my E46 BMW. Both were different brands, one absolutely shocking and the other still not good enough to put in my car. They won’t accept incoming calls and I had to raise a dispute through PayPal due to slow and poor customer service.

Don’t go anywhere near them!

Poor quality goods, broke after a few months.

Customer service will send you 1 message per day and drag their heels out.

Just take the loss and don't buy from this company.

Joke of a company, Ordered 2x front wheel bearings for my E46 330. Soon as they were put on the steering wheel was vibrating like mad at speed with lots of play in the wheel. They had more play in the after 2 miles that the original BMW ones had after 170k miles. Unwilling to help and defiantly not ‘OEM’ Quality as stated, buy cheap buy twice don’t though these jokers

Two purchases to date both on argos cluck and collect Both had delivery issues The first I was called a lier and told I did have it when argos still had not received it from DPD . Due to DPD marking as delivered as it was delivered to depot . Seller didn't want know. Second item same situation . I had to go to argos and ask them to search there stock while the seller was se ding email to eBay as delivery proof . How can it possibly be delivered when argos don't yet display ready to collect

I purchased a header tank from this firm & unfortunately the outlet pipe came of due to slight problem with the moulding on outlet pipe. It
Anyway car overheated & possibly caused other issues(timing chain snapped) so with a 2 year warranty on tank I let them know & waited for garage to check damage & remove tank to return…..
Jason then informed me because 30 days had passed by the time they received the tank there was nothing they could do !!!!!
Asked about refund & about the two year warranty.he insisted there’s nothing they can do.can’t even have a refund even though they have the part…I’m now entitled to nothing.
So they have the goods & my Money.
Surely that’s robbery….
Do not Trust this firm one bit you have been warned….
Just read all the reviews they certainly haven’t bought any of them..
E-Bay wake up please & remove them….

The best thing this company can do is to sack all the staff and close down and ebay weren't very helpful I feel like I've been robbed stay clear

Don't not use, Total muppets, Fitted a tail gate switch lasted literally days and feel apart, would not replace as I'm not a qualified mechanic, they must buy there feed back on ebay because there is nowhere I can see to leave a negative one.

Ordered 4 radiators, received 1.
Contacted requesting when other 3 would arrive to be told, there was a computer error and only 1 on the order received by them. Told them website showed 4. Was then told the total price we paid was the correct price for 1 radiator! Checked their website and the price had changed but not to what they now claim was the correct price.
Refused to send out the other 3 or credit back for the missing 3. Was told to return the one we had.
Dont trust them to give back the full credit if we do return it.

I wish I'd read these reviews before buying. In short DON'T GO ANYWHERE NEAR THEM.
After buying a replacement rear wiper motor and fitting it the same day of arrival it blew the fuse in the car when fitted. The item was returned and a replacement was sent which did exactly the same thing. Both items 2 items were returned within the 30 day period for returns but they didn't register the 2nd return until 2 weeks after this 30 day period (when I follow it up). By this time they are claiming it's outside the 30 days so they are refusing to provide a refund. When pushing them for a refund they now claim that both items were faulty on return without providing any proof!

Con artists avoid at all costs

Supplied incorrect part, and when I checked my refund they had taken postage off me.

Part never arrived. Company only want to refund part price not postage even though it didnt arrive due to their incompetece.
Absolute scam artists. Believe the other reviews. Avoid

These people ar as dodgy as they come, do not trust these people, just sell rubbish parts that break in no time and forget trying to get anywhere when trying to get a refund or a replacement part you can get a better quality second hand part
