0 is all they deserve
0 is all they deserve, like previously mentioned suppliers of faulty components and to say must be fitted by a garage, makes no sense as no garage I know would fit components outside their usual suppliers. I am a qualified mechanic, but refused to send copies of my qualifications for fear they would be misused. Pls pls avoid this outfit, they should not be allowed to trade.
Cant leave 0 review unfortunately. Do not buy from these cowboys
Can't leave 0 review . They said they offered express post . As soon as I found out ot was DPD who so not deliver to my address, I contacted them to state the part would not arrive. They assured me it would and they'd speak to dpd . Dpd fraudulently uploaded a picture thats not my house . Sent Google images of my address to prove this fact . Instead of apologising they blamed me for not checking which courier they used but still told me it would be delivered. Lo and behold . Parcel sent back to seller . Refused to refund unless I opened a case via ebay , so as I frequent London I stated I would go to discuss the matter in the flesh. All of asudden I'm aggressive and threatening and they stated they reported me to ebay and then threatened me themsleves.
with police action . The funniest part is I know if I turned up I person they wouldn't speak to me like a total idiot and that's what these so called advisors do. Ridicule you yet you're the paying customer . Looking at other reviews of products I had a lucky escape by the part not arriving.
0 stars if I could
0 stars if I could. Same story as the other reviews below. Part failed after a couple of months. After a tedious and long email exchange they refused a refund. 2 year guarantee not worth anything as they hide behind their ridiculous T&Cs, requesting part had been fitted by qualified mechanic. This should be stated at the top of their listings. Even an independent garage report of failure wasn't proof enough! Avoid.
Awful
Awful. Seller offered a 2yr warranty. The part arrives and is defective, right out of the box. Seller refuses to refund.
Seller claims they all parts that are returned need to have been fitted by a mechanic and an accompanying engineers report. I am a mechanic, I have been since the 1980s, but am employed to repair different things now.
With Ts & Cs like that, this seller should not be allowed to sell to the public; only trade. Home mechanics, you have been warned!!!
Check & double check Postage cost/ exclusions.
Order a part, complete checkout giving Postcode then get asked for an extra £10 postage a day later. Total waste of time. Teflon seller thinks everyone should read their small print/ terms and conditions. Who does that.
This company will delete ebay feedback. Ebay allows sellers to remove 5 per year.
Shocking service
Shocking service, they sent the wrong part and want you to pay to return it for a refund
After purchasing from this company the…
After purchasing from this company the part was faulty
After several emails they refused a refund :
And ignored the 2 year warranty on the part, Communication was difficult.
Steer well away and check feedback when purchasing from eBay.
Worst customer service I've ever experienced.
Supplied a radiator expansion tank but the screw cap was faulty. Simple cheap item to replace, they could even have sent me a replacement washer but instead endless exchanges of emails, requesting photos, then more photos, then details of where fitted, what are the qualifications of the mechanic who fitted it etc etc. After 26 exchanges of emails over more than a month it was obvious they did not intend to do anything to resolve this. Zero customer service.
Part failed after 3 months
Part failed after 3 months. It was advertised with a 2 year warranty. They have delayed and slowed communication to the point I have had to source a part elsewhere. Eventually stated that they would exchange but required proof it was fitted by a trained mechanic and a written report (at my cost) from a mechanic stating the nature of the fault. This all goes against the Consumer Rights Act so I raised a Paypal claim and reported to both Trading Standards and Citizens Advice. A bunch of chancers selling poor parts and hoping the majority of people just give up. There's clearly something very fishy with their eBay feedback and business set up. No one with almost 200 thousand feedbacks in my 15+ years of eBaying only has 5 negatives (only 4 as of today so they've clearly figured out how you get them removed) no chance.
In the end I raised a claim with Paypal and won in the end. It was a long haul as I wasn't prepared to give up with these chancers. They accepted or were more likely told by Paypal to accept a some 5 weeks after I opened the case. I sent off the part return after around 5 weeks but it became apparent that they have no presence at the address they specified that how deceitful they are. Anyway luckily Payal saw through them in the end and found in my favour. eBay should be embarrassed giving them trusted seller accreditation - without doubt the worst, most deceitful company I have had the misfortune of dealing with. All they did was slow things down and try and put misinformation and barriers in the way making what should have been a simple refund take in excess of 10 weeks. I'm actually quite disappointed that Paypal did find in my favour I'd put so much time into this and it became more about the principle than the money that I'd already made a decision on taking court action. Unfortunately with the part now refunded this is not an option.
In the end I raised a claim with Paypal and won in the end. It was a long haul as all they did was slow things down and try and put misinformation and barriers in the way of a genuine claim. From my first message reporting the issue it took around 10 weeks to resolve.

Avoid. Warranty is a lie. Painful experience start to finish.
Poor quality wiper motor failed within a month. Claimed warranty is invalid unless the part was fitted by a mechanic. Refused to honour their obligations under the sale of goods act. Deliberately delayed and stalled communication from start to finish.
Reported to trading standards and raised a claim through PayPal to get my money back, this was successful but took months.
I can't emphasise strongly enough how bad these guys have been. Avoid at all costs.
If you've been stung by them, don't give up, don't let them away with it.
Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs! Incorrect item sent, extremely poor customer service, don’t keep to their word (don’t believe anything they say they will do!) and then cancelled my order rather than sending the correct item. Please do not waste your time.
i also bought an Audi rear wiper motor…
i also bought an Audi rear wiper motor that was rubbish and failed in a few months. It was advertised as having a 2 year warranty - what a joke. Completely useless and worst customer service ever. You will just get fobbed off with stupid questions and a time wasting process for months.
Worst consumer experience I've ever had. They do not deserve to be trading. They don't even the deserve that 1 star rating which is the lowest that can be awarded here.
Warranty of no use and inferior product
Purchased Audi Avant rear wiper motor which started to leak after 10 months even though it was used very little. Warranty is useless as they then require an ever growing list of unrealastic conditions to deter the claim. The product itself was of inferior quality and besides developing a leak after only a couple of thousand miles was excessively noisy. Do not do business with them.
Faulty propshaft for VW…
Supplied me a faulty propshaft for VW Touareg. It wasn’t balanced correctly and made the car vibrate. Had it replaced and sent it back, at my cost when it should have been theirs. They only gave a 50% refund as said the item was damaged....YOU SENT IT OUT DAMAGED!!!! Asked eBay to step in and help, will see what happens. Prepared to take this to small claims court and fight for what’s rightly mine. Full refund inc P&P and the cost of having the second propshaft fitted. Communication through eBay was slow, wouldn’t except any phone calls, Totally dishonest and unprofessional.
Rediculous returns policy for faulty goods
Bought a wheel bearing with integral sensor, fitted it to car and ABS fault wouldn’t clear when driving.
Bought another one and had it swapped and it was fine.
Sent the faulty one back and the company won’t refund as it’s been used, ‘not in original condition’
It’s not possible to test without fitting a bearing and driving down the road so not possible to know if the unit is faulty without fitting it.
Be aware this company has a very restrictive returns policy.
Will be disputing with eBay. Will update on any resolution.
Spoke to eBay and they agreed that their returns policy was that when faulty goods are supplied a refund is required. As I bought the unit on eBay their policy takes precedence. Have to wait 8 days before eBay step in.
Further update to follow and maybe a change in rating.
Update, after the 8 days was up no response from this company but eBay have issued a full refund so for now my rating stays the same, it is not acceptable to supply faulty goods and use a loophole 'must be returned unused' with the type of goods that have to be fitted to see if they work. Shame, I have used this company many times but their attitude means they have lost this customer.
As with the other review
As with the other review, I bought a radiator for a 206 and it wasn't as described. Now refusing to pay return postage but I won't let them win. Will definitely use someone else next time and I absolutely wouldn't recommend. Also, they take ages to reply to a single message.
Misdescribed a component as being…
Misdescribed a component as being suitable for my specific car, but when it arrived it obviously wasn't. They now refuse to pay the return postage cost as they must, under UK law. I would avoid this company as they are evidently a bunch of yee-hahs.....🤠
