Similar to other reviews regarding warranty - purchased a Heater resistor with a 1 year warranty, after 3 months the resistor failed. Despite being a trained mechanic, they refused my warranty claim on the basis that I had been using it for a while now! Avoid this company at all costs, their warranty is useless - they will try everything to avoid replacing faulty items or refunds - save your money and go elsewhere

Absolutely shocking company. Sent a wheel bearing kit when i ordered a coil pack. My car is not useable and not able to speak to anyone. Typical badly run company with nobody you can actually speak to. Avoid at all costs

Brought a window regulator with a 2year warranty for a 2006 Rangerover 3-6months later it went wrong when I tried to claim on warranty they said was it fitted by a qualified mechanic I said you don’t need to be a rocket scientist to fit a window regulator and the when they stated that it need to be fitted by a mechanic and that they wanted a full break down of what is wrong with it the company is a joke my advice is if you can buy somewhere else please 🙏 do this lot are robbing c**t

This company Will go out of their way not give you a refund, I am 100s of pounds out of pocket all because they sent me the wrong item and wouldn't replace it. KEEP WELL AWAY!!!!!!

Do not buy from this company... Bought two rear hubs for Transit and both where faulty. They just waste your time and will never issue a return for faulty bought items. Buy something and meet this Jason man (if that is his true name) he will waste your time completly. Total waste of money. So never ever buy from them you will just get ripped off with cheap bits that are faulty and loose your money.

Avoid at all costs ,bought a header tank and was split ,they have asked for a letter from the garage who fitted it which we sent ,they keep saying they are chasing the manufacturer what a load of rollicks,we are contacting trading standards these con men need stopping now ,hope if your reading this you sleep at night ,ripping people off constantly

As dodgy as they come, do not trust these people, just sell rubbish parts that break in no time and forget trying to get anywhere when trying to get a refund or a replacement part

Terrible response time, make you jump thru hoops , and then move the "goal posts" being generous with 1 star tbh. Not worth using them

I had the usual stuff about professional mechanic etc. It's all rubbish. The 2015 CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT overrides all that. Easy to do with the help of CITIZENS ADVICE. I have today got my money and expenses for fees for SMALL CLAIMS COURT. It has taken a little time but not difficult and I have the satisfaction of MAKING THEM PAY and spreading the good news !
This is a fact. I have the court judgement.

I’ll start off by saying if I could give no stars and review the interaction with this firm on eBay. I would first off purchased a wheel bearing online eBay from this firm. When do the part arrived book my car into the local garage to have the wheel bearing fitted to the car two hours after The garage called me to saying there was a problem, and the ABS light was on. The reason for changing the wheel bearing was to do with the noise, not an ABS light so I made communication with the company and asked them to rectify the problem. After telling them what the problem was. They then wanted me to pay the mechanic to take pictures over wheel, bearing that was fitted on the car and waiting for me to go and pay and collect so I phoned the garage. They were not willing to do it without charging me an hourly rate. The Car Parts company wouldn’t move forward wouldn’t give me a refund. Also was not willing to pay the mechanic to strip the vehicle back down just for pictures. I review done on eBay they’ve since had it taken down because I used one or two swear words I’ve made sure that there is no profanity is in this review. this is an honest review based on interactions through eBay with this company. In my experience. I would avoid them at all costs by cheap pay twice which is exactly what it’s done to me to find out after getting it replaced with a proper part that. Also was not willing to pay the mechanic to strip the vehicle back down just for pictures. I reviewed them on eBay they’ve since had it taken down because I used one or two swear words I’ve made sure that there is no profanities in this review. This is an honest review based on interactions through eBay with this company. In my experience. I would avoid them at all costs by cheap pay twice which is exactly what it’s done to me to find out after getting it replaced with a proper part that The part sold by this company was, in fact, a Chinese copy is the reason why they’ve had my review removed from eBay and would not surprise me if they tried to do the latter here. I’m also gonna give you a Google review exactly the same as this one, your staff are rude you don’t care about customers you’re selling cheap shoddy parts and I’m disclosing it………

I purchased a replacement door lock actuator from this company via Ebay and the lock failed after less than 4 weeks. When contacting them through Ebay they are unhelpful and refuse to take the faulty item back. I tried to open a return through Ebay but they just closed it down. The part is a cheap low cost copy and of very poor quality and not fit for purpose. Unfortunately I can't update the Ebay feedback I left so will be leaving negative reviews on every online site I can find. Avoid buying anything from this joke of a seller and don't be fooled by their positive feedback, as there are lots of negative reviews but they somehow get removed quickly. AVOID this seller or throw your money in the bin as all the parts they sell are cheap copies and not fit for purpose. :')

Worst customer experience EVER made me pay £11 for next day delivery this never happened their reply SO WHAT also substandard used part AVOID!!!

I have used this company a while ago for a couple of VW driveshafts which we're good, so I then ordered a wheel bearing for an insignia which fitted fine but the bolts we're to long, not a problem let them no & put the old one's in. So I decided to go to them for top mounts & bearings for my wife's Kuga, they we're fitted with new shocks & brake discs & pads (September), after 3 wks suspension noises started the car had barely done 90 miles, can't be top mount bearing there new, left as to cold & no money, suspension started snatching so got some cash but to busy so dropped it off to a friend of a friend mechanic to look at (march), phoned me 2hrs later to say wrong top mounts & bearings, he ordered me the proper one's which I fitted myself low and behold totally different, now as quite as a mouse & one's from these jokers fell to bits had been on 6 months & 673 miles as was to scary to use & no money, mechanic said would of been noisy straight away if I'd left old discs on as was all out of line.
Seems to have happened before see other review, it's only cost me £140, 60 labour from mechanic 😊 & 40 new parts + £40 for wrongly supplied parts but could cost you more, expecting the wasn't fitted by mechanic excuse even though I'm 52 & been working on my own cars & motorbikes since 16, go to euro parts or gsf etc at least if given the wrong part they'll exchange it or give money back.
Yep want a mechanic report as I guessed just go somewhere else.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Ordered a rear wiper motor which failed within a month. Wanted proof it had been fitted by a mechanic. Sent them the proof they requested and then denied my refund or replacement. They also get negative feedback removed from Ebay so they look like a great company. Currently going through my bank to get my money back and reporting to Trading Standards. Read the reviews, google them and avoid like the plague. Just wish they had a shop I could get to rather than dealing with keyboard and phone warriors. 100% scam business.

So I ordered many parts for my car as was changing suspension and brakes,

I purchased some top mounts and when arrived noticed they didn’t look right, contacted seller and asked if I could exchange item and was told they are compatible, ( I asked if there sure) explained I don’t want to pay to have work done and part not fit, was reassured it fits,

Took car to mechanic who after a hour of removing my parts told me the top points DO NOT fit!!!

Contacted seller who didn’t reply at all !!!!

Pure scammers then as 30 days had passed wouldn’t refund or exchange so costing another £120 labour and same in parts so cost me £250 + and no apology or refund!!!

I would but else were as these guys are just out to get money only. Don’t care about me or me spending massive money out and seem to find it funny.

Shame on you !!!!

I bought a pair of anti-rollbar drop links from this company. 10 days after fitting them the car failed an MOT and was deemed dangerous to drive due to one of these new drop links having sheared completely at the weld. There was no weld penetration at all, very poor quality. After 14 emails back and forth with Jason it was clear he was just delaying the process for as long as he could. I got EBay to step in, they forced a refund, he declined it. Then EBay refunded me directly. I have reported this company to Trading Standards. Avoid this company at all costs!

Horrendous customer service bought a window regulator failed on the second occasion it was used Jason tries to make it difficult by asking you to provide pictures and letter from mechanic who fitted it , which I provided, he is now seeking approval to supply a replacement which is now more than 2 weeks and he does not reply or answer any messages
I would stay clear of this mob of dodgers

COMPLETE SCAM ARTITSTS

This company ripped us off, before we purchased parts from carsparesdirect we contacted the company and asked them if the parts would fit, we specified license plate number, car type, model and even version number. They advised the parts would fit so we were ok to go ahead with the expensive purchase. Upon receipt of parts they didn't fit, they would not accept the parts back complaining they had been attempted to be fitted to the car, how you are supposed to find out if they fit without trying to fit them if beyond me especially when they said they would fit so we did not question it.

So we were left stuck with expensive parts that didn't fit and no money and had to save up to buy more from a more reputable source.
