This used to be a great website especially to generate debit cards and buy online, not anymore, I had generated a card a while back with over $30 in it back in June 2021, and now we are at the end of September and still unable to use my card nor my money.
Avoid this website at all costs. Not worth it anymore!

SCAM company, steal your money and when you contact them they say, we understand how frustrating it is and we're working on that, then you receive nothing out of it. I had 700$ been stuck in their wallet can't use them anywhere then I decided to put them in crypto which is a new option they made in the same wallet while waiting for them to fix the issue then suddenly from nowhere they change policy that you have to agree that you have no right on us and the money in the wallet doesn't belong to you. then after a few weeks, the money is gone and the option of crypto is gone with it. and when you contact them always the same thing they say, it's like you're talking to a robot. well, me and 10 of my friends are filling a case let's see where it's going to go after that.

CashU balance is useless now and they want you to buy "ScardU" cards to top up the so-called "Premium" balance so that you could create a Majd Joy "Plus" MasterCard.
Premium balance? Really?!
They have increased their fees too.

Such regulations required the suspension of some of our services in some countries until we complete all the necessary compliance procedures, which often take such a long time.
Majd Joy Plus card has been has been launched as a temporary solution until the Majd Joy card returns, that's why it isn't linked to your Cashu balance, and it is funded through Scardu coupons, noting that you can still use your CASHU balance in the services available in your country until we announce the return of the discontinued services and the addition of new services.
Cheating Merchants
I have a merchant account with CashU. They have set a 1000 USD minimum withdrawal amount for all Bank transfers. That was fine. But when my account reached 1,143 USD balance, I requested for a Bank Transfer and the process initiated and within a week the transfer was reversed. I had no intimation regarding this. I wrote multiple mails to Said Adeen Alfarra and Eman Jawan regarding this with no avail. I have been sending them mails since 2019, no response from their end. I have stopped using CashU for my website. I feel cheated. It is not a small amount for normal merchants like us. I need my money back. Only place left to leave a complaint is twitter, which I will if this is not resolved by this month.
Contacted sales[at]cashu.com, no reply yet. Raised a ticket with Cashu support too. Ticket #450066. No response for that too.
