Scam!!

Omg I'm kicking myself for not looking at reviews on this company 1st!!!!! Was offered £160, phone collected all good. Had a msg within days offering me £32, nothing wrong with the phone atall! I declined to then be offered £42, I declined again saying I want my phone sent back & nothing, I'm being totally ignored, it's been well over a week now and plenty of emails sent. I've been totally robbed, scum!! It's not even a 1 star from me just can't pick 0.

SCAM

Oh, I wish I'd read these before I too became a victim of this fraudulent company.
My son sent his I phone 13, boxed and immaculate three weeks ago after receiving an offer of £250. I sent it recorded delivery and received pictures of it being signed for and delivered.
We waited a week as hadn't heard anything or received any monies!!
I have sent an email every day asking for information. I've had one reply saying " it's lost, get back to you "
Unbelievable 😡.
I don't know what to do now. Is that the end? And this company have stolen the phone.
Any advice greatly appreciated 🙏

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Offers a combined price of £442, then emailed me to say the bezel was scratched on my pixel 7. All devices including x2 Samsung tablets were in immaculate condition, had been in cases and had glass screen protectors.
If I declined their pathetic offer I had to pay £20 to get my items sent back!
DON'T USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO TRADE!

SCAM - please read if you haven’t been paid

So I too didn’t read the reviews before I sent my phone off. They seem to do the same thing.. offer £200 then counter offer to £105 saying grade c with more than moderate scratches on the bezel

Then when you want it returned charging you £20.

So I cut my looses and accepted it. Been sending Emails every day and then saw these reviews..

I read Karen doveston review on 5th sept and emailed the same about reporting them to trading standards and within 15 mins I got email apologising that there was a system error and got paid.

Thankyou Karen 😀

Completely scammed do not use this company

I really wish I would have viewed this website before dealing with this company. They are complete scammers. They offered me £155 for my phone online and once I sent it to them they said it was poor faulty with battery life less than 85%, my phone was in excellent condition with no scratches or scuffs. They offered me £40 which I refused. I asked them to send me their bank details so I can pay them the £20 to get my phone back which they did but that didn’t work and I tried over 25 times to use it , I spent the emailing them with no answer I wanted my phone back as I’ve been offered over £100 from other companies but was not able to get it back so for final straw on Saturday I clicked on the accept box just to see how quickly they would get back to me which they did within half an hour but on the first before I had changed my bank details on their website to a false one but they were still able to pay £48 into my bank so I’m not sure under the data protection act how they were able to keep my bank details I have asked them this this morning Monday but I should imagine I won’t hear anything back from them now, so if you are reading this please please please don’t use this company you will be completely ripped off and scammed, I can’t understand how company like this is allowed to trade , I have also spoken to citizens advice and trading standards, but please read my warning. Do not use this company.

Avoid cash for phones

Wish I had read these reviews before sending my dads phone to them. iPhone 8 in a case no marks on it. They offered £30 and when they received it said there’s scratches on the bezel and offered £12 or to return it to me at a cost of £20 which I reluctantly accepted. 3 weeks on and several emails later I have threatened them with trading standards unless I had funds within 24 hrs. They responded in 5 mins saying there’s a system error and apologising saying my moneys now been processed. Total scammers. I going I’ll ever see it. Avoid this company
