Sent my Samsung Galaxy s22 plus to them through the UPS couriers.
Contacted then a week later and asked when I could expect my payment and I was told phone needed to be inspected and then payment would be processed in 24/48hours. I contacted them again today after reading reviews (which I stupidly never done before 🤦♀️) to which they now said my phone hasn't been received not once was I asked for a order tracking number so how can they say they haven't received my phone when they haven't asked make model absolutely nothing. Biggest fraudsters going. Company is always being struck off companies house as of 20th of August 2024 interesting.
Wish I had checked
Much the same as others on here. Offered £33 for my samsung galaxy tab, sent it and got email today saying that I had described it's condition wrongly and they had a counter offer of £18 as the condition was "GRADE C WITH MORE THAN MODERATE SCRATCHES ON THE BEZEL" Tablet has been in a cover since it was bought and has hardly been used.. but hey ho lesson learnt and no doubt I will never see the £18 or my refund for postage

Please do not send your items to this company. They are scammers. I sent a ps4 which was perfect condition. They are trying to.say it's faulty which is bs, it's only 8 months old. Then try to offer me £12 or for me to pay £20 to have it returned. They still have the console and refuse to answer emails or return my item. AVIOD THESE! You will loose your item. Trading standards will be involved as this is theft.
Avoid this company at all costs
My son was made an offer online of £370 for a Samsung Flip phone. The phone was 2 months old and used as spare with cover and screen protectors on at all times.
They received phone 20/6/24 and made counter offer -We value your device/devices at £ 169 because of the following reasons: GRADE C WITH MORE THAN MODERATE SCRATCHES ON THE BEZEL!
There was no defects on the mobile.
They wanted £20 off him to return it to him! He accepted counter offer and still waiting for money.
Ignoring emails and then said bank account details were incorrect-they weren't.
Avoid this company at all costs

SCUM RIP OFF SCAMMERS.
Do not believe the quote given, sell your not needed phones to a more reliable source.
Quoted £420 for a Samsung S22 Ultra and £310 for a Samsung S22. Should have known this offer was too good to be true....quote returned once phones were sent offering combined amount of £369. Refused the amount but link wouldn't work, hit the accept quote and worked but didn't want to accept the very reduced offer. Communication sketchy by no means, not responding to my requests to cancel the accepted offer in error and not responding to returning my phones and I was happy to pay the £20 return fee which was part of the initial terms and conditions. Have since received the cash, now they don't respond to me at all as they've kept their side of the agreement. Have take to trading standards. AVOID AT ALL COSTS......sell to reputable recycling company. Don't be duped by the high offer.......FRAUDSTERS
Sent phone via UPS on 17 May
Sent phone via UPS on 17 May, UPS confirmed it was delivered on 20 May. On line valuation was £310, heard nothing at all from Cash Your Phone. Telephoned, emailed, completed their online enquiry form all repeated many times, still no response from them. Have taken out a County Court Judgement against them, (cost £50), they haven’t responded to that. Have now taken a County Court Judgement out against the one named Director. I have today also reported them to Trading Standards, via the Salford City Council website. Information if anyone wants it is, Cash Your Phone, Unit 4, 41 Cambridge Street, SALFORD M7 1UY. Phone numbers (waste of time never answered), 07912 879243, 0161 789 3355. The name of the Director is, Mr Alibhai Mohammed Patel, the only address is only a correspondence address, which is 20-22 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU.

I would give this company 0 stars if I could! Sent my phone to them they said it was locked which it wasn’t. Emails and messages on website and nothing £150 gone. DO NOT USE ********
DONT TRUST THESE TO SELL YOUR PHONE TO
DONT TRUST THESE TO SELL YOUR PHONE TO
Gave me a good price over there website so I accepted it and sent my phone to them within 24hrs they emailed back with a price less than half they offered saying it was scratched and not worth the price they quoted which I found rubbish and messaged them back telling them the phone was immaculate and to send it back to me which they then requested £20 to return it .The next day I received a revised quote saying this was there final offer which I then replied that was OK and could not do with the hassle getting it back off them and awaited payment into my bank which then took another 3 days to sort out.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO USE THESE TO ANYONE STEER CLEAR UNLESS YOU WANT RIPPING OFF
I refused the ridiculous offer this…FRAUDULENT
I refused the ridiculous offer this fraudulent company offered me.
They requested £20 to return my phone via the link they emailed me!
I have tried for 3 weeks to send £20 their link IS NOT WORKING.
I’ve send emails, messages, contacted resolve with no respond from anyone!
Disgusting fraud…..
Next step police…
SCAM, PLEASE AVOID
Please avoid this company like the plague. TheY are total scammers and have no intention to pay you the money they offer on their website. They will quote you a price and then make up defects when you send your item to them, then they send you a stupid counter offer, or force you to pay £20 to send your item back, which they don't... So they take your money and your device without any intention to pay you.
They stop responding to your emails also so you have no way to get in touch with them.
Please save yourself the heartache and stress, go to a reputable company instead. If you did what I did and thought you were helping a local small business, then don't. These people are criminals who need investigating. I have reported to the citizens advice and trading standards and action fraud.
The company owner and registered address are:
Alibhai MOHAMMED PATEL
83 Bury New Road, Manchester, United Kingdom, M8 8FX
PLEASE REPORT AND TAKE ACTION.
P.S I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY PHONE OR ANY MONEY. IT HAS BEEN 20 DAYS.
Pathetic and dishonest
Pathetic and dishonest. Gave me a quote of £250 on a perfect phone. Then they said it’s got a scratch, so now it’s £150 or you can pay us £20 to return it. Still haven’t been paid 2 weeks later. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THESE PEOPLE.
I will be taking legal action against them.
Unprofessional chancers who need investigating. The £20 return charge is disgusting.
Please do not use this company they are…
Please do not use this company they are nothing but scammers! They quoted me £155 for my brand new phone that was a day old I decided the phone was not for me so I got in touch with cash your phone and when they received it they said it was scratched which it definitely was not! It was immaculate! They offered me £74.40 and they wouldn't go any higher so I had to accept as I needed the money but please do not use this company as they lie through their teeth and they wanted £20 if returned which is another scam
ANOTHER SCAMMER. AVOID!
Another Scammer.. not really sure how is it possible that they are still in business ..
Received my offer which was high.. so I expected to received a slightly lower reviewed offer.
I nearly chocked from laughter when I seen the offer was 3 times lower than the original quote ;) and you can't decline it as the button doesn't work but once you click on accept this is absolutely perfect and final ;)
This company is linked to at least 3 other currently running scams so hopefully someone will do something about them.
First quote £195 2nd revised quote £68.. I've sent several emails to say I declined it but they ignored it and send the money to my bank account to cover their backs. Case closed
AVOID THIS COMPANY
AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! This company at all costs. I sent them an iPad as they offered a reasonable amount for it, they came back with a ridiculous amount of £30 saying it was locked to a network and was only good for scrap, I refused the offer, so they came back with a counter offer, which I have also refused. The links they sent to pay the £20 to return the item don't work, I've emailed and they are not answering back. This is so distressing. Wish I had read the reviews now 😔
