Hello guys, doing my research the owner the company is Mohammed patel, this website is a scam and started scamming people back in 2022. Me being an accountant I know they have a nasty fine from the government due to the fact they haven't filed there tax records meaning they don't have an accountant as there accountant doesn't want anything to do with them. The trust pilot reviews you see that are 5 stars are profiles they have created
Do Not use Company!
Scammed out of money! I made the mistake of going for a company not advertised overly well, looking for the highest price. The device I sent was immaculate and in perfect working order. They got back to me saying it was faulty and offered me a fraction of what it is valued at. I tried to reject the offer, links do not work. Not only that I read three terms and condition and noticed I’m not guaranteed to get my device back?! Almost guilting you into accepting the derogatory offer! Absolute scumbags can’t believe they are allowed to trade like this. Also saying on there website 5 star reviews when only 8% of customers are happy enough to leave that and 90% leave 1 star reviews!
An additional update…they had the cheek to not even pay me what they offered me! Am now 5 days down the line of chasing them for money. Unbelievable, never thought I would have to look into taking somebody to a small claims court over the sake of a couple hundred pounds but people like this can’t be allowed to get away with scamming people!

**DO THIS IF THEY DON’T SEND MONEY**
**DO THIS IF THEY DON’T SEND MONEY**
I sent my phone in and they offered £300 lower than they said online.
They are scammers.
Here’s what to do…they work with UPS. When anyone inputs the device they want to sell UPS come to pick it up.
UPS charge them a few for every order.
So if I decide to make 20 orders in one day to random addresses all over the UK. UPS will charge them. just keep creating fake profiles and fake names and fake bank info for different devices and clicking “arrange pickup” they will lose money and UPS will charge them for the phantom orders.
You don’t play clean with scammers. Copy and paste my review so people start to catch on and do the same.
If you need help just let mee knw

I wish I’d read the reviews before choosing them, offered me £410 for my phone the counter offer was £195 which I just cut my loses on and excepted rather than paying £20 to get my phone back, which I had zero faith would even happen. Then no same day payment! I had to chase the money! In the end I got it, but please do not use this company it’s a miracle they are even in business and still trading!
This company are scammers!
This company are scammers!! Do not send them any of your items. I was quoted an amount and offered well less than half. They said it had scratches on and the phone was a brand new one I had claimed from I durance. I declined the ridiculous offer and was told to pay £20 for them to return my own property. I had already paid £9 to send it to them. They then upped the offer to £85 which i had no choice in accepting to end this vile process with an incompetent rip off of a company!!! I am still waiting for my money. I don't u dersta.d how they can still trade. I will be making a complaint to trading aga days as they are a complete scam. DO NOT USE THESE ROBBERS!!!!!!

After sending my phone with an expected sale of over £250. The parcel went missing, cashyourphone carried out an investigation with the carrier and came back to me saying that they were given £60 from the carrier as full compensation. I have received the full £60 but I feel that this is a scam. Stay away from these con artists.
