I sent a nearly new Samsung tablet and…

I sent a nearly new Samsung tablet and they offered a good price but when they got it ,eventually they said it was scratched ,which it was not and offered a ridiculous new price.Thought about asking for it back and paying £20 but then it seems you still don't get your property back. Now since 06/06 nothing, no payment, no answers no emails and no way of contact them.Lost my Samsung and got nothing
Total scam and theft
I checked the company with companies house and it seems they owe documents and company details and are trading illegally.
The owner is a Mr Mohammend Patel and he is the soul person who as far as I can find out is a criminal and con man
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY,THEY WILL TAKE YOUR PROPERTY AND GIVE YOU NOTHING,BETTER TO THROW IN BIN.
I am contacting Police/ Office of fair Trading/Action Fraud and Cyber crime to get this company shut down and the owner arrested and locked up
I total scum bag
There are hundreds of same cons by this company and Google should NOT have it on their search lists
We should all get together and as a group have a lot of weight for the authorities

i sent them samsung s23 last week

i sent them samsung s23 last week. they offered £450.00, then emailed offer of £40.00 which i fought was misprint. i told them just to send phone back which as everyone is saying they asked for £20.00. 10 emails later no idea where to send money. now I'm seeing you don't even get phone sent back. i don't understand how company's get away with this. i would say I've just lost my phone. maybe I'm in wrong job and should just shaft everybody like these company's are doing. scumbags.

DONT USE.

Maybe i wil take address and pop down.

Avoid at all costs/total scam !!

Avoid at all costs, a scam from start to finish!
Had a look at the what must been purchased reviews which seemed ok on there page.Sold I phone 13 offered £310 average price but ok, immaculate phone as kept in gorilla case from new with screen protector not a mark on it , was told it has scratches on it by cashyourphone, asked for photos so I could compare it with the photos I had taken, told if I wanted to have phone back to see it would cost me £20 payable in advance, so the offer then changed to only being worth £149 less than half !
I was not paying them any monies, eventually took offer then took nearly 3 weeks to get paid not 24hr as claimed, sorry to say I had been scammed!!

This company is a total SCAM

This company is a total SCAM! I sent a iphone 13 in immaculate condition! Not one scratch on the phone as I have always looked after my mobiles. They offered me £310 which I thought was reasonable however when they got the phone told me that there was scratches and that the phone was faulty !!!! So I only got offered £149 as I went to open the email the link just took me to the accept offer page which I was unaware about and then that was it they wouldn’t respond to emails but I wanted my phone back! I told them I’m going to report to trading standards today and they replied back saying sorry and sent the £149 straight away which I do not want so I sent more emails demanding my phone or I’m going to take this further! And to my surprise I got sent further £149 but they have just emailed me now saying this was a mistake they don’t want to pay me anymore and are now demanding the money back! Well I don’t think so! I got lucky this morning but to anyone reading this DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Utterly disappointed

Utterly disappointed, I normally read reviews and check the company's but this time I didn't and sent in a brand new tablet and they offered £130 then came back saying there was a fault and offered £55 or £20 return fee. It's been a month and i haven't heard anything, no payment and no idea where to send the £20 to get my iteam returned. They should be ashamed of themselves, they're thieves and scammers. I had to do 1 star and they don't deserve even that!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY

AVOID THIS COMPANY - Have sent them four phones via UPS on the 30th May. After a couple of days they responded with a counter offer which made no sense as the iPhone was in mint condition. We always use screen and phone case protectors, I also took photographs of them before sending them off l, so I am able to prove that they are not being honest about the condition of the phone they allegedly inspected claiming that the bezel was scratched. It is not and was not scratched. I accepted the counter offer, albeit by mistake as was a passenger in my car which went over a bump at that moment, and wasn’t able to go back and change my response. However, I have heard nothing from them since, nor have we received any funds for the phones. I have emailed and contacted them via the page numerous times but they have not replied nor responded at all! Very upsetting to believe we have been scammed. Has anybody ever received any payment or had their devices returned to them? And what is the best way to get our phones or funds returned to….Or is the question ‘are we likely to receive either?’

This company needs stopping !

I sent off a perfectly good Samsung s23 ultra,in a grade A condition, for a offer price of £520,which they say found fault with a weak 5g signal, and counter offered me a valuation of £249 which i refused and asked for my phone back the email with a link to pay the £20 to reclaim your phone doesnt work !!! I got advised to cancel my cards by Action fraud,i tried multiple cards too all to no avail obviously it dawned on me,this is a proper scam website,i was really mad with myself, ive tried Action fraud, went to my local police station to no avail, cash your phone have only responded with improved offers,4 x times exactly during this last month of may,Ive repeatly told them many times via email that i just want my phone back!! No offers ! It concerns me they are still trading like this, the only comfort that im not alone many of you are feeling like me ! Im left in limbo hell They dont even try to find a solution ,every time they up the offer i say dont just pop the phone in the post simple!!! I just wish i had lopked on trust pilot before i had a crazy idea of sending off my phone

HORRIFIC SERVICE

HORRIFIC SERVICE! Such an awful company, can barely get a hold of them. They quoted me over £200 for my laptop, I sent it off and they required me £30!! It was worth way more. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY, I would give them 0 STARS IF I COULD. Shocking!! So embarassing a company can think it’s acceptable to treat people this way

Good experience despite poor reviews

I see a lot of bad reviews on here. It was my 1st time using this company as I usually sell to the big, known companies who offered me poor recycle offers and wouldn't accept an iPhone that required a new side button.
So I used Cashyourphone and sold them 3 phones, Xperia XZ2, iPhone XR and a Galaxy S22 of which they accepted all 3 and I got a really good price. I received full payment into my bank within 5 working days (after appraisals)
I don't work for or have any affiliation with Cashyourphone and can provide proof of transactions.

AVOID LIKE THE BUBONIC PLAGUE

We basically sold a brand new Xbox that's worth way over £300 in mint condition. They came back with £150 quoting damages which were not even physically possible. After arguing this they then brought it up a bit as we were convinced they'd not send it back anyway and it would be 'lost' in transit, so we accepted £180. Over a week later and NOTHING has been paid to our account. Utter disgrace.
