TOTAL SCAM DO NOT USE this company…
TOTAL SCAM DO NOT USE this company offers you slightly above the market rate online and after you post your device they offer you less than 30% of the first valuation in the hope that you are desperate enough to take the offer. I have no way of getting my device back it was a 1 week old Iphone 13. Next post is a report to trading standards.
I would give 0 stars if i could
I would give 0 stars if i could.
Offered me £145 for my ipad which was well over the offering price online (should have been my 1st red flag) once they reviewed it, my perfect ipad (which had never left my house and was hardly ever used) as a grade C and not the A i stated dropping my quote to £72. If u wanted to reject the price they charge you £20. I should have read the reviews.
AVOID at all costs ** Con Artists **
AVOID at all costs, I sent them a Mac book air which they said they would give me £200 for as was an older model, on receiving it I heard nothing (tracked on DHL) so emailed them and asked what's happened, they came back with a counter offer of £95 and said the fan needed cleaning, i emailed back stating that is doesn't say anything about that in the guides they give, which I happily screen shotted to them just incase, they then ignored me for two days so I went back again and asked what was going on, they then came back and upped the offer to £113 I'm still waiting now as I have declined that offer, it's been a week now of back and forth..do not waste your time with this company they are con artists
Avoid
Don't fall for the trap of thinking this company will offer you the best price. They will counter offer and if you don't agree charge you £20 to send your device back! Absoulte con.
Do not use this company - they are dodgy
Do not use this company. My phone was in mint condition and they tried to say it was damaged and sent me a counter offer. I declined and they just sent me the money they had counter offered me. Tried to communicate with them however they are ignoring my emails so have now lost my phone. I am annoyed that I did not do more research on them before using them.
109% thieves and scam!!
109% thieves and scam!!! Why is thus allow it to "trade". I have sent brand new boxed sealed tablet, agreed to 130 pounds but only sent me email that condition is grade c that it's scratched???!!!!! Offered 5t pounds or 20 pounds return??? Brand new sealed in box. I am not letting them go away with this. I will spend now more for small court claim, raport to trading standards and old bill. Only wat.
I have just sent a near on brand new…
I have just sent a near on brand new ps5 to this company which I know was in pristine condition , they’ve said something about the GRAPHIC CARD HEATS ON HIGH GRAPHIC GAME BEING PLAYED, FAN COULD BE BLOCKED , I have seen other reviews of exactly the same thing being said I was offered £310 for them to offer me £149 ,I stupidly accepted the offer , I will now be asking for it back and sending a complaint in and they ain’t getting no £20 charge either con company don’t use .
Absolute Con Merchants
My son sent a brand new Xbox X only been out of the box and played with once they offered him £310 we sent it off got an email today saying the graphic card heats up on high graphic games and the fan may be blocked and offered him £149 biggest con going. Funny they said the same thing to another customer with a brand new X box S. That Xbox was brand new.Next stop trading standards
My partner sent her Samsung s23 because…
My partner sent her Samsung s23 because they quoted it as £460 then on Monday they emailed saying there was scratches on the phone, when there wasn't because it had a screen protector on it and was always in a phone case, so they then offered her £229 with a disappointment she accepted the offer because needed the money but she is still waiting for the payment and they ain't answering her emails, this company are a bunch of scammers so lease avoid them
AVOID - Sent Xbox series S on a free delivery
Sent Xbox series S on a free delivery, £120.00 offer for good condition. This was an unwanted gift, never used, still in packaging, never been out of the box.
Got told the graphic card heats on high graphics games, I have challenged their testing methods and explained the console has never been switched on or used, it is as it is from manufacturer, therefore are they suggesting it’s a manufacturer fault, got told maybe the fan is blocked, I re-explained this is impossible as it’s never used and has a dust cover still on it.
They wanted to offer me £56, I declined, they raised it to £66.
I am still waiting for a response from them and they still have my console and now want £20 for me to get it back.
I would stay away from this kind of customer service and misleading advertising. Don’t trust the prices you’re given, seems they lie to knock you on price.
Con men
Con men. Send a brand new 2 day old Samsung tablet only opened minutes before packing to send to them. It was a gift with purchase direct from Samsung. They offered £130. I thrn got an email to say it was a grade c with damage to the bezel offered £50. In the small print it's £20 to return. After a longwinded back and forth increasing to £80 I said return it and they offered £100. I accepted because I didn't trust them not to damage before returning. Just stay away it's a dodgy little company from cheetham hill

If I had -5 option I would have done…
If I had -5 option I would have done that but sadly this is the lowest I could pick for rating. So I sent my iPad 12’9 2021 5th generation with box to UNIT 4, 41 Cambridge street, Salford , M7 1UY on 30/04/24 & they received on 03/05/24 as. They had quoted me £845 online & I have taken screenshot of their website and of my device before I sent, last week they told me they want to offer me £425 😂😂 which is probably exactly half & when I decline then they increased to £482 & when I declined again they offered me £585 I decline again and explain I don’t want their offer if it’s anything less than £800 should anyone need this I have emails and screenshot to support what I am saying. I have been begging them to send my device back from more than week now they ignoring me So in short they are biggest scam company run by probably1 individual named Joseph. I have also reported with action fraud. I would not recommend this company to anyone & advise to stay away from these scammers. I have the address & named person should I need to take go further with the their local authority. Hoping we all unite again this company raise concern & do something about this

They offered me £160 for my IMac (Which was in very good condition) They then tell me it had a damaged screen & scratches on back & the offer would only be £20 then to add insult to injury they want me to pay £20 to return my item.
My IMac was wrapped in enough bubble wrap to have kept the Titanic afloat, I want to give this company minus stars if I could.
It needs shutting down right away.
DO NOT USE
This place, although not fully a scam is an absolute con.
Offered less than half the money offered for my device, despite being in almost pristine condition. (I took photographs before sending). THey said there were scratches on the device which there were absolutely not.
Held firm and refused to pay their ridiculous £20 return charge and ended up just shy of the original offer. Took over a week to get there though and multiple emails to actually get the money. They have a lot of "system errors" if you believe them.
DO NOT use these charlatans and if they already have your item, keep at them and don't let them get away with offering you ridiculously small amounts of money. Keep emailing reminding them you are there, putting more and more pressure on them, that's how I eventually had success.
Even if elsewhere offers you slightly less money, it will be worth it overall as you will end up with less here. They need to be investigated ASAP.

Wish I could put a zero star had a tablet and they said 150 it’s an old style but it’s completely new still sealed yet get counter offer saying it’s cat c and offer £50 no thanks frauds and no I won’t be paying £20 to get my property back honestly how have these not been shut down
Absolute thieving scum!!
Absolute thieving scum!!! Used this company to sell my daughter’s Xbox X and X box S, both in original boxes and in pristine condition… They told me to pack them together but make sure numbers they gave me were on the boxes (I have photo and video evidence of this) They received the parcel made an offer on Xbox X saying it was faulty to which I stupidly clicked yes to. They do not answer emails or if they do answer they completely ignore what you have said. They have issued payment for Xbox X but are ignoring all correspondence about the Xbox S - hence this is theft. I have contacted Police Action Fraud - DO NOT USE
Same story as everyone else below
Same story as everyone else below, wish I saw this before I sent my item there, but was offered a price half of what was agreed despite the perfect condition, they will just make up anything and then charge you £20 for return if your not happy with it.
I eventually agreed with the new offer and I haven't been paid in over 2 weeks. I tried to escalate it peacefully with Resolver but they just never replied. So now I will be forced to go to small claims court. It's worth it even if I pay more than I claim, we can't just rollover and let scum like this do this to people otherwise they will never stop
Deceitful/con artists
Was picked up on the Friday by ups. Was offered £190 for my s21. Then get told I should have clicked faulty as it's got a burn mark on screen. Well I must be blind I never saw one. So they offered me £60. I refused so they offered me £72, I still refused bearing in mind the link to pay £20 won't work so that sent alarm bells ringing. Now they offered me £95 and I said no thanks. Not heard a thing so I sent another email still nothing 3 emails later still nothing. I've done a 4th email tonight so let's see what happens. Definitely avoid
Update they went up to £155 which is 35 less than they offered in first place and I snatched it, all in all it's took 4 weeks to argue with them
Absolutely disgusting company
Absolutely disgusting company. Sent me an email stating my phone was wrongly described. Telling me it’s an iPhone 11 not a 13.
Funny that!! I never sent them my phone.
