My husband and I are looking to buy our first home. Charlotte has been amazing throughout this process. Whilst viewing, she is able to answer all of our questions and give us insights into how to style/utilise the properties. Outside of viewing she is very helpful, emailing us properties we may be interested in!

Really great service from Charlotte at chancellors. I’ve had negative experiences with estate agents in the past but Charlotte was professional, polite and knowledgeable about the property she was showing me. She got back to me quickly with answers to follow up questions I had.

Charlotte Morgan in the Banbury Branch of Chancellors mad our experience great. She was helpful, thoughtful and consistent. Charlotte always fulfilled her promise to carry out tasks and was consistent in keeping us updated.
Chancellors head office sales team leave a lot to be desired. Never consistent and so many different people dealing with us - a complete and utter waste of time and people's time and money to be honest. They never did or said anything useful for us.
