Having originally gone through frosts estate agents to sell mums property, (as that’s who she wanted) after a year we didn’t seem to be getting anywhere as we were the one’s having to contact/chase up, I decided to go to chancellors, so much better, on the ball, kept us informed, would certainly recommend them to anyone wishing to sell their property. Wished we had gone to them to start with.

Nick who handled our sale was throughout , professional, courteous and very efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend him . Team of staff in branch also excellent.

Worked with the brilliant Callum at Chancellors in Chesham, who was so good with combining all my viewings into a very tight time frame due to being out of area. Not an easy search, but he was unbelievably helpful with sending over possible options and lining up back to back viewings.

Chancellors were very easy to work with - regular updates and very quick to respond to any queries.

Nick was brilliant - he was always communicative and clear with what was happening, our chances of securing the property and the next steps. Most of all, I felt he was an ally for us in getting the house we wanted, and was willing to go the extra mile and make it personal, so that we could make it over the finish line. And it all worked out! Chancellors also clearly have a big team behind them working to make things happen, and that also really made a difference in the efficiency and ability to 'seal the deal'. I guess a smaller agency might not be able to provide this back-up. So a big thanks to Nick and the Chancellors team.

Richard showed me my new home. He organised the viewing and was very patient with me checking every cranny. But not only that. Richard was sure to check on how the transaction was going one i have made an offer and was in the lengthly process of house purchasing. Callum organised my viewings in a very efficient way, since i did not live close to Chesham, Callum did squeeze as many viewings as possibly could in a single trip to Chesham. Shelby, from the main branch of Chancellors then helped me chase the needed parties throughout the entire process. The folks at Chancellors do things the old style, person-to-person, and are very good at understanding people. A great bunch to work with.

Richard was very knowledgeable, punctual, personable and professional. A real asset to your team, clearly has a passion and drive and goes above and beyond for his clients.

The sales team, especially Nic Richmond were on the ball and great. I cannot fault the service they gave (but do not apply this comment to the legal teams). Nic returned calls, helped push the process where necessary and was polite and knowledgeable at all times. Would give him a property to sell again.
