Mithu was an absolute star.

Mithu acted as the lettings negotiator when I was looking for a flat to rent. Throughout the process, Mithu was incredibly attentive, quick to respond, and understanding of circumstances and issues.

Whenever there were hiccups in the process, Mithu was quick to jump in and help sort them. Despite being on the sales side, Mithu went above and beyond even after the rental was agreed and even after I had moved into the flat.

I have never dealt with such a candid and professional estate agent before.

My experience with Chancellors in Chesham was nothing short of amazing from start to finish. As soon as I had enquired about a property to rent, James, the Lettings Manager, got in touch straight away. He asked me lots of questions to understand what I was looking for with my next rental. He showed me round a couple of properties that matched everything I was looking for and knew a lot of information about both properties.

He was always in touch throughout the referencing and move process to keep me updated on how things were going. He answered all of my questions well and efficiently.

The reason this wasn't 5 stars was because the Sales Progression Team who took over once the sale had been agreed were slow and purchasers actual move situation wasn't made clear or communicated.
