Harry sold my house for me and I can honestly say he was brilliant. His communication throughout the whole sale was first class and compared to other agents I was very impressed and happy. I would definitely recommend Chancellors.

All the staff members from chancellors are very kind and helpful. We managed to buy our house with a little delay, but they tried their best to solve the problem.

I decided to sell through Chancellors Hemel Hempstead after 2 previous Estate Agents had let me down.
From the off, Ellen, Harry and Leisa have all be brilliant and very professional. The company is very well set out with different teams for different stages of the selling and buying process which I have never experienced before. This makes things a little less stressful for the client.

Shocking company. Absolute bandits, con men!

As per me review below, I still haven’t received a response to my formal complaint! The company hold your property to ransom if you don’t do what they ask. CON MEN

They do not return your calls, they are rude and unprofessional!

Moving house is already stressful....these guys make it unbearable!

Leisa was absolutely one of the best person I could find! She’s soo friendly and well organised. She helped us to find our new home, and sorted out everything very quick and professional. I can tell she loves her job and she does with passion! I’m glad I found her, I highly recommend her to everyone who’s looking for house/flat.

Leisa Copper dealt with our new tenancy for a lovely maisonette in Hemel and went above and beyond throughout the process to ensure we secured the property we wanted. She was very accommodating and constantly on hand for questions and made viewing the property a pleasure.

I cannot rate Leisa highly enough. I needed to move quickly and she went above and beyond to ensure I could view the property at a suitable time, which happened to be out of hours. She was extremely knowledgeable about the area and answered any queries I had with ease. She also facilitated a second viewing on a Saturday even though it was her day off. Absolute 5* service, a real asset to Chancellors.

Good regular communication, explained any questions that we had and made the process feel smooth. We put out flat on the market and less than 2 weeks later we had already accepted an offer.

We’ve had limited interaction with Chancellors but have always found them to be very responsive and I’ve been impressed with the dealings we’ve had with them.

I thought the knowledge that Adam had of the property, background, local area and the property’s surroundings were excellent.

Adam was very courteous and helpful with my viewing on Saturday, and having viewed other properties I wanted to return to the property he had shown me round. He went out of his way to arrange a second viewing.
