The correspondence I have had with Chancellors Highgate has been excellent; their agents are proactively communicative, and all information provided has been thorough and sent promptly. Jordan, the agent who showed my family and I around a property recently, is brilliant; he is professional, was well-informed about all aspects of the property, and was so warm and easy to talk to. I was most impressed by the agent who I met on the day, Jordan. He met me warmly and took time to show the property with a clear sense of enthusiasm.
Prior to that, phone conversations with the branch were conducted very professionally and were good natured.
