This Company Will Ghost You…
Have been having issues with my neighbours for the past few months. Chancellors found the tenants and when I contacted them were initially very helpful in passing my complaint over to the landlord. Unfortunately the issues have not stopped and I contacted them again last month to raise another complaint to the landlord. My email went unanswered so I followed up again a week later as my landlord wanted confirmation that the complaint had been passed on. I have still heard nothing and this was 2 weeks ago. Apparently if you rent through chancellors or they find tenants for a landlord it’s nice to know they don’t care about helping with tenants unacceptable behaviour- especially considering they’re supposed to do checks on tenants they find! In short if you have any trouble with neighbours and Chancellors sourced them or manage the property then they won’t help in any way shape or form. Considering the type of issues the neighbours have been causing my landlord is also not happy.

Positive viewing experience
I received a response to my letting request promptly and was offered a viewing the same day. The letting agent was positive, knowledgeable and enthusiastic and offered suggestion for the best use of the rooms. I was very impressed with Vassna’s professionalism and would recommend Chancellors as a result of this
