Employees on their phones using…
Employees on their phones using Instagram, chatting around, laughing, my daughter just collapsed in the waiting area, asked 20 times how long will take and they don't even answer, its mkt acceptable how NHS’s services are so poor , paying taxes and having this ridiculous waiting times and being ignored with a kid. Listening Vietname language instead of English also very disrespectful, and annoying .
The young nurse Francia May
The young nurse Francia May, working in the fertility department on the 4th floor is fantastic. She is so polite and helpful, I wanted to thank her so much for her time last month and for being so instrumental in helping facilitate the IVF and for being so positive and friendly, thank you so much
Amazing
My baby was born on November 27th in Chelsea and Westminister Hospital. I have so many emotions to express how pleased I am with the services of all nurses, midwives, doctors, and anaesthetists. We had to spend three days because we expected a vaginal delivery but ended up with a C-Section due to some complication's. Throughout the procedure, all of the nurses, doctors, and midwives provided excellent care of my wife and kid. We never felt alone here; they made us feel very special and treated us like our parents. I don't have the words to express how delighted and grateful I am. May Allah bless all of you.

This used to be a top tier NHS teaching hospital and has been my general hospital for over 25 years. Now it's pretty bad. They advertise gold standard endometriosis services which are non existent. Department phones remain unanswered. I spent 3 1/2 hours trying to get through to surgical admissions. There are no direct emails or phones lines for CNS. Water foundations been removed. Not a top hospital any longer
Brilliant care.
Came to AE on Friday extremely unwell my bowels were being twisted, the care I got from AE staff to the sma ward to the surgeons who operated on me was absolutely fantastic, these drs nurses saved my life I really can't thankyou you all enough, Mr Bahar colorectal surgeon thankyou, Thankyou to all the team involved ♥️♥️
Horrific & Racist Dr Greener…
I have been waiting for my Bariatric Bypass operation for 2 years and Dr Greener was my obstacle, she has put me off the pathway due to my high sugar level. As I am a Fibromyalgia patient, I don't tolerate most medication and supplements, but she never considered this, she kept shouting at me, patronising me and never believed me when I told her that I get many side effects from Diabetic medication due to my Fibromyalgia. I cannot do any exercises either, I can hardly move and I am always in constant pain. She was so cruel and racist always with me as I am a covered Muslim, and I felt it from the first time I met her. Even though when I met her last week, she ignored my effort of losing 3 kg and my sugar level went down 4 levels, she chose to ignore this and concentrate on the negative areas and never gave me credit or any words of encouragement to carry on. It was obvious she just wanted me out of the pathway as the operation cost a lot to the NHS and I was not worthy of it. She is torturing patients and many cannot report her. I was advised by many different staff who saw me crying for 3 hours after she threw out of her room to complain about her. This resulted in my sugar going as high as 19, my BP to 154/110/92 and my sleep apnea was awful due to the stress and disappointment she caused me. She should not be called Dr and she should lose this decent job and stop torturing others.
Recently went to this hospital to see a Specialist
Recently went to this hospital to see a specialist and 1 hour plus I had not been seen so spoke to receptionist about this & she was the most uncaring person I have come across in my lifetime. She told me that as I cancelled 3 times they were debating whether to see me or not. I did not cancel 3 times but I did once and they cancelled the other times. They could take some manners from the Marven Hosp.whoever is in charge of this hospital should be sacked immediately. They could learn valuable lessons from the Royal Marsden. UG
Terrible and worrying mertanity…
Terrible and worrying mertanity experience. We decided to have our baby at this hospital and it was ok until after the baby was born. The C-section team were great and very helpful but the aftercare was very bad and somewhat racist. We had a few issues with feeding the baby and we requested help from the team on duty. We were the only minority family on the ward and we found that all the non minority families were well attended and were visted by the doctors frequently, but we were left out, even after requesting assistance. They ignored us. It is true that black people are treated as second class in the health care system and in maternity wards. This is disgraceful Chelsea and Westminster, how can you treat minorities like this, shame on you.
pals office poor

Assault at gynaecology ward
My girlfriend was assaulted at this hospital, at the gynaecology ward in 2023, by a midwife. I would advise all females, to be careful when undergoing procedures at this place ( 1st floor of the hospital ) and always request a chaperone. It is unbelievable what is happening at the Gynaecology ward. She has been dealing with trauma and PTSD since then and suffers massive sleep issues. The sexual violence of the midwife is being investigated by the police. The hospital has been handling the issue very badly. They are truly unprofessional . They were contacting her via text messages signed using different names !!!!!!!!! We have already contacted our local MP, head of the police and we are considering contacting press and TV in the near future. I would like to advise any woman that had a smiler experience at this hospital to contact Shepards Bush police station.
In short superb....
Today I called up and subsequently attended the HIV rapid review in the Gazzard Day Clinic
It was quite simply superb and I now have an agreed plan (and medication) to address my present health issues which had been concerning me
Everyone I saw was both delightful and super professional in particular the lady doctor (Beatrice) and the nurse Fabio
Went into A and E for a kidney issue
Went into A and E for a kidney issue. Was seen to be an aggressive and unfriendly nurse who took my blood. It was the most painful blood test I have ever had and my arm now is blue. I waited for 6 hours without anyone offering me a glass of water even. Staff were rude and uncaring. I was then told that they were going to transfer me to another hospital due to an administrative problem. Later a nurse told me that the reason was an outbreak of Norovirus! I saw two urologists, one could hardly speak English. The place is a total mess. I self discharged and now will go elsewhere.
Very good and efficient department
Very good and efficient department. All the staff are lovely, Stephanie has been a fantastic doctor. I value her hard work greatly and Francia is such a friendly and enthusiastic nurse. I think the people here work hard and make it a successful and well organised place to receive treatment, highly recommend.
Zero treatment, zero responsibility, zero follow-up
Ethic minorities get sub standard treatment, period!!!
I want to thank you for the very very big help
I want to thank you for the very, very BIG help given to my Mother on 23/03/2024 at Chelsea Westmister Hospital. My mother started bleeding from the nose and it was very difficult to stop the bleeding. Dr. Saira Safeer gave a lot of effort to help my Mom. She also organized the Senior Doctor. It's a pity that I didn't get his name and surname. Anyway, these are fantastic people who do their work very responsibly and professionally. THANK YOU SO MUCH DOCTORS .BLESSINGS IN EVERY SINGLE WAY IN YOUR LIFE

You know the NHS is broken when 90% of workers are from India and Philippines and they can't speak English. Joke of a hospital and language barrier is ridiculous..I.want my hard earned money and taxes back.. NHS is a scam. Avoid if you want to be dead

Visited AE around 12:30 yesterday ( Sat) and it was very busy. However I received a very efficient service all the way from the receptionist, the 2 doctors I saw and the pharmacy! Thanks Chelsea Hospital and AE for all your hard work. 🙏🏼❤️
The only suggestion I’d like to give is to have a cleaner toilets ( females) pls. Someone should regularly clean it but there was no one there and it was quite dirty.
The Complaints Dept and PALS
More than two weeks ago I sent a complaint letter to The Complaint Dept. in Ch&W H. Just got an automated reply that the team would reply to my email within 48 working hours. No reply, so far. After one week I sent another email asking for an update on my case. No response, again. Tried to call them several times. No one pick up the phone. Moreover I never got any reference number.
At the same time I sent email to PALS Chelsea. Just got an INFORMAL ref. number, nothing else. I wonder why INFORMAL ???? After one week I sent another email asking for an update. The same story. No response. Called them several times. No one pick up the phone.
This is how the hospital and PALS deal with complaints.
Ch & W Hospital and PALS responded to my complaint the next day after I left the above note.
