Absolutely abysmal customer service. No surprise ratings are so low. Trying to place an order on the phone was like asking for a miracle to happen. I gave up.

Annoying and rude
I get so many calls a day asking me to answer 3 questions, when I ask to be removed from the call list I just get hung up on. Impossible to stop these calls as they have so many different numbers. This type of cold calling should be banned

Totally peed off by these calls.
I have had numerous calls, supposedly from this company, saying that they wanted me to answer 3 questions and it would only take 30 seconds. I have asked the purpose of the questions, how they got my personal mobile number, and many others things; on each occasion I have been told to f... off, p... off, and other choice language.
The calls appear to come from different places around the UK; Bristol, Brighton, London, Dundee, etc, but each time it is an Asian-accented voice who usually says his name is Ron or Jim or Alan!
If these are not calls from this company, I would suggest they do something to prevent their company name from being dragged through the mud.

offensive language during cold call
I just had a call from a chap from here. Who told me an old address and my unmarried name and then asked me my age- when I pointed out it was rude to ask a lady her age on the phone he told me that I had to just listen / I then said to reiterate that it was rude to ask a lady her age at any point he told me to ‘f*** off’ and hung up.... very rude. I was on speaker phone so my young children heard.

Just had an extremely rude and unwarranted phone call allegedly from UK Choice on my personal mobile phone. Initially the caller asked me to confirm my details and when I asked for the second time to confirm the purpose of the call, I was told to 'get lost' by the caller. Not the best way to conduct business!

Was dispatched Royal Mail and it was miss-routed and the unprofessional adviser told me to ring Royal Mail myself and totally dismissed it was their problem! I work for a well established and "professional" online retailer and the service i received is an embarrassment to our industry. I am surprised this company is still in business.
If you need bathroom products do not use these guys go to a professional company!

I Have never had any dealings with this company but have j been called by a very rude man I presume from a call centre in India who told me as I haven't help him by answering his questions he wasn't going to help me by taking me off the call list I am an elderly person and do not need this kind of hassle so please do not phone again.

I am getting nuisance phone calls from this company. They say they have my details because of a survey I completed. I don't do surveys. When I asked to be transferred to their data protection department they hung up. I will be reporting them to the ICO, suggest you do the same, before they sell your details on to yet more nuisance calling companies.

Unlucky dip toilet seat selection
Ordered a replacement toilet seat for my sanuex Matteo project toilet. They sent me a completely different brand of seat that would not fit. They said it was my fault and would not offer me a free return.
They are based off a farm, do not trust this company. You will be lucky if you get the correct toilet seat.

No quibble cancellation
I ordered a replacement toilet seat and was kept well informed of progress. Decided to replace the whole toilet so called to cancel the order. I was expecting some hassle, but the cancellation was no quibble and I got my money back within a couple of days. Great customer service.

Paid almost £100 for a replacement toilet seat after my builder had spoken to UK Choice Shops to get the correct fit. It wasn't the correct fit and they refused a refund because the hinge packet had been opened. Don't use this company.

I bought a Duravit toilet replacement seat in January, and was assured that it was the correct fit when purchasing it. We have had ongoing issues with the fitting, in the end we decide to ask for our money back, this has just been refused. We confirmed that it was the correct type speaking to Duravit directly on many occasions......Just passed us back to this retailer who offed no help at all. Reputation is everything especially in the online world. If you are going to offer service where you match products then give the consumer, some right of reply when it goes wrong. We still don't know the real reason for it not fitting. At 175.00 a bit of a bit mistake. Buyer Beware.....of this retailer......

I ordered a toilet seat to fit the fittings I currently had. I was recommenced two and picked one. It arrived and had different fittings to the one I was removing. I cant change or replace the fittings so I wanted to send it back. They said yes but at my cost! This is not right as the item sent did not fit my requirements and if I was in the "shop" I would have seen this and trusted the judgment of the seller.

I would thoroughly recommend choice bathrooms. It was like having your own personal shopper. I found the sales personnel very knowledgeable . The after sales service was equally as good.
A thoroughly pleasant shopping experience and would without hesitation certainly use them again..
