I was so impressed with Cleankill - they meticulously cleaned my balcony which was covered with pigeon poo, installed a net and even though I didn’t ask them to they pressure washed the windows and even fixed the latch on the balcony door which has been broken for ages! They were also very friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We were having our house reroofed. The roofers discovered a wasps' nest and had to walk off the job because they were being badly stung. I called Cleankill with urgency; they were calm and reassuring, took my details, and within half an hour Josh the technician from Cleankill arrived at our house. He treated the wasps' nest very effectively, and the roofers were back on the job the next day. Thank you, Cleankill! What a great service.

Cleankill responded promptly to my enquiry concerning herring gull nuisance incurred over the two previous years. The solution proposed and implemented to prevent nesting on my roof was to fit wire mesh cages on top of the chimney stack and across the valley behind the stack. This has proved to be effective,

Cleankill came to our rescue today just in time to prevent a pair of territorial gulls from using the one remaining area on our roof (behind a single pole on which our satellite dish was attached to the chimney) on which to build a nest. We realised it was imminent and made an emergency call to Cleankill who sent out Sam to survey the scene. He very quickly assessed the situation and was able to call in Phil and Russ who were in the area. The offending part of the pole was cut away, leaving nowhere for the gulls to rest their nest!! We have already recommended Cleankill to our neighbours as we couldn't have wished for a better service. Thank you Cleankill - top marks!

Second time I've used Cleankill for Bird control at one of my properties. Arranged everything very promptly and job finished to a high standard. Russ/Phil are also very nice chaps who carried out the work. Kept up to date and arrived on time. Will be using again if I ever need more Bird Proofing!

There is a considerable problem with Gulls nesting between chimney pots and the roof tiles in our road. I wish them no harm but prefer to avoid them nesting on our roof! I really do recommend this company. From the initial inspection by the Surveyor, Sam Boylett to the subsequent supply and fitting by Russ and Phil of 2 tailor made cages behind the chimney stacks you feel you are in safe hands. All three members of the team we met were friendly, knowledgable and skilled at what they did. The work was done with little fuss and no mess left behind when the job was done. I'd happily use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them.

I have had a rat infestation in my cavity walls for three months and the council and another company made no progress. A friendly plumber recommended CleanKill, I'm truly impressed. Sam Boylett, the surveyor came within 24hrs and it was lovely to be given a half hour window for the visit to start. Prompt arrival and so thorough, during the survey Sam listened to my findings/and messy history. He then politely left no manhole cover unlifted. His skillfull eye recognised the mussy poo signs that had been overlooked by others. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again. I was at my witts end, now I have hope.

Mark was very helpful and honest. He came out to do a free survey to ensure we weren't paying for anything that wasn't necessary. He took time to talk through what he was looking for when trying to find an entry route for rats under the house. He then put us in touch with a drain company with whom we had a similar experience and we were relieved there was a cheaper solution than we feared. Everyone was professional yet friendly and sympathetic.
