This is a great addition to our website, even when we are not available for live chat we have found an increase in offline messages, The widget was easy to install and the software simple to use, great support from there friendly team - If you haven't got live chat then your missing out on potential leads!

Its an outstanding product, so simple to use yet so effective for our business. The training was 1st class, delivered in professional yet relatable way, and when we needed support it was immediate, informed and answered our questions immediately. Cannot recommend highly enough, only disappointment was that we did not order it a few years ago !
Having recently released Click4Assistance live chat software across a client website I can highly recommend the product. It is easy for visitors to your site to use and it is also easy to setup and integrate onto your website.
As soon as you purchase one of the packages you are also appointed an account manager who are very approachable should you have any queries.

Both Jill and Fraser have been exceptional in helping us set up our new 'formbot'. We were recommended Click4Assistance from another organisation when we were looking to implement a live chat platform onto our site. I contacted them and got a quick reply to arrange a demo which was helpful and informative.
We then did a free trial of the software which was simple to implement into our site and the help guidance was very useful which allowed us to setup some automated responses and setup the software to match our branding.
I trained staff how to use the platform who thought it was easy and simple to use and are comfortable using it.
Overall happy with the platform and the customer service received.
