Best brand to go with for this type of software!

I am an apprentice at Albert Goodman and in stalled a chat box feature on our website was one of the first projects I was asked to do within my new role. Daunting, I know! I contacted loads of brands that advertised this type of 'software programme' and me and my collegues believed that 'Click4Assistance' was great. Sara Guy was the lady that I spoke to and helped with the whole process. From an initial informational meeting to a demonstration in front of others I work with. Our communication with Sara was impeccable and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Would 100% recommend this company for all your chat box enquiry needs and DEFINITELY recommend Sara Guy as someone to go to if you are just starting out. Thank you so much to everyone in the Click4Assistance team, life has never been easier regarding taking enquiries! :)

We had been looking for a new live chat…

We had been looking for a new live chat platform and contacted Click4Assistance. After the initial demo we decided to install it. The software is well designed and the dashboard is easy to navigate. The technical support by the guys there is excellent. We definitely made the right choice with Click4Assistance. Thank you, Sara and the team.

Great service !

Right from the first contact Sara has been really helpful without being pushy. Once agreed she could not have been more helpful in getting it all set up and working. We have yet to actually use the application as we are wanting to add it to our new website but from our own in house testing it looks really good.

We recently moved our webchat provision to C4A and the process was expertly managed. Excellent service, great support and a really fab team to deal with. The system is easy to use, has great business reporting and I would highly recommend contacting them if you are looking for a quality product.

GDPR compliant live chat - excellent service from Sara

We selected Click4Assistance as it is one of only two companies I could find that store all chat data in the UK and therefore fulfilled our GDPR requirements.

My first interaction with C4A was with Sara on the Sales Team. I have come to know Sara remarkably well throughout the process of due diligence and onboarding. Her personable and helpful approach has been invaluable to me throughout.

Our requirements fell outside of the standard C4A set up, and along the way Sara guided, researched and problem-solved.

We were transitioning from another live chat provider to C4A, and I was very conscious that the interface had a very different look and feel. Sara conducted training with the team via shared desktop and recorded it for wider review.

Another key benefit of the C4A live chat service is the impact of the technology on our website. The previous provider's live chat technology slowed the loading of our web pages, which was a big problem for us. C4A does not have this issue.

As I write this review we have just launched with C4A live and I am very pleased to say it has gone very well.

My effusive thanks to Sara for her patience, help and good humour, it is so nice to deal with a sales person who is simply out to do a good job and is wholly down to earth in their demeanour.

Great price and great support

Our company used Click4Assistance to facilitate an instant-messaging-chat function within a website. From the start we were able to get set up very quickly and had excellent support from our account manager. They helped set all the functions up for us and even recorded a training video for us bespoke for our use. Technical support has also been excellent. The admin-side of the platform itself is not always user-friendly and will benefit from continued improvement, but for the price and the service that we have received from our account manager, I am quite happy.

Could not wish for better service. Great product.

We have found the Click4Assistance team as helpful, friendly and attentive as we could wish for. They are good communicators and just get on with helping you without any fuss, excuses or promoting themselves. It's real live (British) people using real phones and getting back to you within minutes. Could not wish for better service. They give follow-up and support, but don't hound you.
The facility itself (we have the basic service) works well. A minor problem we found with our particular web platform initially was sorted out for us by their technical staff efficiently.
(2 months later) With more experience under our belt now, we can have upgraded our rating to 5-star. The product does everything we wanted and MUCH more, which we may explore in due course.

First of all I have searched for a long time for a chat support that provides more than one chat per page/URL, I didn't easily find. Second, Jill @ sales was a great help, and also their technical support. I really recommend them!

RSPB live chat

The RSPB selected C4A from a plethora of suppliers because the price point and functionality was really good. Since engaging with them we've found their level of customer service and support to be exceptional.

Highly recommended!

We are a small company with only a few staff. We decided we needed a chat feature to help reduce admin. We didn't know what to expect, but we're delighted with it. The live chat feature has reduced the amount of time we spend on the phone, it's also so easy to interact with clients. Our account manager Sara is fantastic and always available to help if we need anything. We highly recommend click4assistance!

Easy to set-up, customise and use

As a university we used Click4Assistance over the busy clearing period.

It was easy to set-up, customise and use - and provides a great chat experience for the user. The customer support is excellent too.
