This is the best solicitor firm I have known. Their professionalism and speedy process is second to known. We have used this firm twice in purchasing our own home and also a BTL home and we would always be grateful to them for the excellent service they provided.

I can't recommend Emma from Cohen Filippini enough, she truly deserves more than 5*. This is the second time we've used their services, and they've truly outdone themselves.
Emma was incredible throughout our entire conveyancing process. What started as a potentially uncomfortable situation with pushy estate agents quickly turned into a smooth and pleasant experience, all thanks to her. She was always on our side, making us feel protected and ensuring our best interests were at the forefront.
Her efficiency and quick communication were impressive, she responded to all our questions and enquiries when we needed them. We almost went with a service recommended by our estate agents, which promised to be much slower and came with a pushy sales pitch. So glad we didn't!

I would 100% recommend her as a solicitor and although I don’t intend to move anytime soon, if I do, I won’t use anyone else.
