Moving house is a stressful experience. In our case it would have been a lot more stressful without Cohen Filippini's advice, guidance & support. There was a huge contrast between the quality of the work, advice and efficiency through the process compared with our buyer's solicitor.

There were several issues through the process and we honestly don't know what we would have done if we had gone with a cheaper or less experienced solicitor. When things go wrong, which they invariably will,it is important to have the right person in your corner. Emma is diligent, tenacious, experienced, knowledgeable and a great communicator. With Emma's input and steer we always felt informed and on top of the whole process.

Emma worked on our recent part-exchange on a new build property and I have to say I found her to be responsive and informative. She worked diligently to ensure that we were in position to complete within the timescales set by the builders and given that the legals around our case were a little obscure to say the least, she positively persisted on our behalf. Definitely earned her fees!! A real down to earth person able to put the 'human' touch in the legal environment.

I was recommended to use Cohen Filippini as I was advised they were efficient and fast - they did a very good job on a fairly awkward sale and a much more straightforward purchase.

Do not use!!!! Used to carry out house move. Failed to pay estate agents. No notification of this. 6 months later hit with £1200 bill. Worst experience of all time. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Made buying my house a breeze. Always happy to answer my questions promptly.
