I recently sold an apartment in the Whitehouse with the help of Bernadette and her team at Coldwell Banker Southbank. I had my apartment on the market for nearly two years with their main competitor in the area. During that time I received only three offers, all well below the initial valuation they had given and even the average asking price for similar properties in the building. The first offer I accepted fell through after five months as the buyer had not secured sufficient financing beforehand. The second I had to reject after he substantially lowered his offer. Both cost me time, money and distress. Bernadette reached out to me as she noticed my apartment had been on the market for some time. We had a conversation during which she convinced me she could get a better deal, and then she did. Within two weeks she arranged eleven viewings, securing me two offers both close to my asking price. I accepted an offer from a cash buyer. Bernadette arranged a follow up meeting with the buyer to ensure he was indeed serious and genuinely had the means. We completed in just ten weeks. Bernadette constantly stayed in touch during that time to ensure everything was progressing smoothly and helped us negotiate a compromise over some small issues in relation to the building maintenance fund. Bernadette responded promptly to all my queries, often late at night and at the weekend. She even organised the removal of furnishings at the apartment that I no longer wanted.
