Ordered a potted xmas tree in october
Ordered a potted xmas tree in october. Money taken immediately but nowhere on site does it state they won't post till end November ( found out reading delivery details).
Waited a few weeks after which i was refunded money via paypal, no explanation as to why they won't be sending my tree to me. Disappointed

We are sorry that we had to cancel this order, we sent you an email stating that we were unable to fulfil the delivery in your area due to the recent Covid-19 restrictions and processed your refund. An email was sent to you advising this and we have had no further correspondence from you.
Please see the message sent to you.
Dear Maria, Due to circumstances beyond our control with our delivery partners we are unable to deliver our trees nationwide to the standard we expect. With no certainty of resolving this issue during lockdown and ready for the season we have decided to cancel nationwide deliveries this year. We want to give you as much notice as possible to find a replacement tree from an alternative company and therefore please be aware that your order has been cancelled with us. Your payment will be refunded and credited to your original payment method. We apologies sincerely and hope that you a Merry Christmas.

badly potted.
Not very impressed with the tree we received in its pot, the tree was not straight in the pot, the pot was broken and was covered in mud. It was sold as a tree for inside or out, however when it arrived it was in no state to be brought in. I had to spend a lot of time getting it house ready.
The tree itself was a nice size and shape. The cut tree we bought was good.

9ft of pure disappointment
So we had traditional Christmas tree like every other year and paid for a weekend delivery.
The tree was hours late and We’d waited in, with it being a Sunday by the time it had been delivered all the shops had been closed.
We took the end off and placed in water but the needles are dropping like anything and I’ve had to cut countless bare branches off.
The baubles are dropping off daily, we don’t have a warm house and it’s having water every day which after a week no longer seems to be going down.
Huge disappointment and we won’t be using Cole’s again.
