First time buying a real Christmas tree since our children were born (25 & 29 now). Good selection of potted & cut trees. Friendly & helpful staff. We went for a potted tree and was given advice on how to keep it for next year.

First time for a real Xmas tree as decided after a awful year it would cheer us up. Thanks to Coles choosing the tree was a real pleasure , Man at shop was extremely helpful and showed us a good choice to choose from, wrapped it and even offered to put it in the car for us. We left with a fantastic tree and a smile on our faces. Happy to recommend both the trees and service and will return again next year.

Great customer service always friendly and helpful. Trees are perfect we have used coles for our Christmas tree for the last 4 years, kids love getting to choose there own tree.

Bought two potted trees to put outside on our porch. The guys were so patient, pulling lots of trees out for us to look compare so we could get two the same. The quality of trees is exceptional. So fresh and healthy looking. Will definitely recommend Coles to all our friends

Friendly and helpful Service.
Staff were very friendly and helpful explaining the different options and the pros and cons. Looked at a few different options before deciding on one and then the tree carried to car for us. A very easy experience!

Purchased my first ever real Christmas tree. Alistair, who served me, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He asked what size I would like, which room it would be in, was it hot or cold in there. Finally we decided on a Nordmann Fir. He then carried the tree into the car. Brilliant service.

Really pleased with our tree and the experience at Cole’s. We turned up to the farm and we’re greeted quickly by a really friendly chap. He showed us through some of the trees and explained the difference. We chose our tree and were invited into a really nice cabin to pay, after which the gentleman who served us offered to help us to our car.

It’s the first year we’ve been to Coles and we weren’t really sure what to expect, but we were pleasantly surprised by the set up and the customer service.

Used Cole’s for my Christmas tree for the first time in 2019. Excellent service, delivered to my door, big and bushy tree, pine needles stayed on until way after New Year. Highly recommend 🎄🎄🎄

So many different height & shape trees to chose from and a good range of prices to suit all budgets. Staff are always really friendly and happy to spend time helping you pick your favourite tree (which our kids really enjoy!) Trees have always been in great condition and every year they have lasted well beyond Christmas/New Year. Used these guys for the last few years and would never go anywhere else! Customer service second to none, you get your wrapped tree taken to your car! And even as lackadaisical as I am I still haven’t killed a tree yet, fantastic quality, I’ll be back mid December cos I’m a little bah humbug 😁😁
