Lovely tree, good price and delivery! :)

First time using - slightly nervous as delivery time get getting pushed back however arrived with big apology and even helped me get the tree settled into its base - super customer experience 😀

Website wont allow me to place an order and an email to Coles has gone unanswered.

Fantastic place to buy a real Christmas tree. Great quality, Lots of choice, very friendly helpful staff, (Lewis) he chopped the bottom off, wrapped it and even put it on the roof of the car. You can’t get better service than that. Will be returning next year.

This is the first year we have bought our Christmas tree from Coles and we will definitely be returning next year. They were super helpful when we arrived, explaining all about the different types of trees and how to navigate the labels and pricing etc. We found the perfect tree quickly and easily and then had it helpfully carried to our car for us. We got our Christmas tree from here both in 2021 and this year and will definitely go there for years to come! Everyone is super cheerful, kind and puts you in proper Christmas mood! Lewis was our tree advisor this time around and was super helpful - he cut and prepared our tree and he even carried our tree all the way to the other side of the car park.

Their courier delivered the tree to the wrong house, which really got to me. However, the manager replied to my email directly, apologised and send another tree the very next day. The tree was perfect and I was very happy with his service.

Our third year of purchasing a tree from Cole’s, and once again, extremely happy. Great customer service from Lewis, all trees really accessible to look through.
