Terrible
Ordered a 7 foot deluxe tree. It was delivered on the 29th as we asked. Unwrapped it and it’s bare on the bottom, brown branches that are practically dead and pine needles fell off like snow flakes falling. I’ve wrote an email, tagged them on social media, directed messaged them on social media and I’m getting ignored. Honestly the worst tree I’ve got. £100 for a tree to be so dire and in poor condition. I’m actually heartbroken. It only got worse as the days went on, we watered it each day from the moment it arrived, even sat without central heating on for 2 days. It just got worse, continued to drop very low to the point where all the baubles fell off the branches and there were piles of needles all over. I have photos if needed.

Second year ordering
Second year ordering. Trees look stunning, well shaped/pruned. I chopped a bit off the stump and put it up straight away and made sure to keep the water topped up, barely a needles dropped to the floor so far.

Broken tree
The top of the tree was broken when we unwrapped it but had been attached with a cable tie - very poor.
This is the first time we have used this company and it will be the last.

I’m sorry to hear that your tree has arrived damaged. This must have been caused by the transport company.
We ensure trees are in perfect condition before they leave the farm and we try to protect the leader with a cane cabled tied to support it.
We are more than happy to resolve this for you if you could send us an email we can either send a replacement or we can offer you a refund.

I'm sorry to read that the tree wasn't as expected.
We run a very tight ship so it would be good to understand more, I have tried to call to discuss further. Could you answer the following please to help us resolve this?
1. We fix a cane to the leader of the tree to protect it and prevent breakage. Please could you send a picture of the broken top, perhaps this is where it has been trimmed?
2. All trees are measured twice, how tall is the tree please?
3. Norway Spruce have brown needles in the centre towards the bottom as the sunlight does not reach this part of the tree which is perfectly normal, all outer needles will be green and fresh as the trees are cut to order.

Fabulous delivery
Fabulous delivery. Driver was friendly and asked where I would like my tree to be left. This is the third year that we have bought a tree from Coles and they have never disappointed. This year has been the best tree yet.
