Excellent reliable service.
The trees are always perfect

This is the second time purchasing a Christmas tree from Coles and super happy with the service.

Excellent tree, a lovely shape and little needle loss so far.

Last years tree was picked for me and absolutely stunning and last years review reflected this. Unfortunately this year not so. I ordered a 6ft tree and paid £15 for local delivery. I didn’t mind too much as I thought it would be worth every penny if it was anything like lasts years. It was within a mm of 6ft, and one third of the tree has yellow needles which had to be faced against the wall out of sight. It’s too early to tell whether the tree will last as long as last years but for a total of £80 I am a little disappointed. *** Update - Cole’s have rang and very kindly offered a replacement. I declined as the tree is up - but top marks to you Cole’s, I’ll see you again next year.

Preordered a potted tree to use year after year. It's the best tree we've ever had - beautiful form. Looks gorgeous decorated. Great customer service and order updates from Coles too! Would highly recommend.

Interesting they say you learn more about a company when something goes wrong and it’s true.

The wrong size tree was delivered today, as soon as I pointed this out the man delivering apologised, said he would be back with the correct size.

Three hours later he returned as promised with the right tree, apologised again and was perfectly polite and helpful throughout.

Not all companies are like this

The tree we purchased is gorgeous and smells of pine, worth the extra costs each year. The only sticking point was the fact the tree comes without a stand. I was advised to purchase this on the website, very little stock or choice and it’s an extra £15 delivery on top of the £15 delivery charge of the tree. When I emailed the company they did offer to fix this and get one ordered with no extra delivery charge. After looking online there are cheaper ones that do the same thing with the same level of sturdiness. When the tree was delivered we were told they had no stands in stock anyways so defo worth shopping about for that but the tree itself….Faultless

Brilliant service. Prompt home delivery with friendly, helpful staff. Both trees are in perfect condition and look amazing. This is our second year buying from Coles, we won't go anywhere else now.

Excellent service from Coles Christmas Trees. Bought a 6ft deluxe Nordmann Fir and it’s beautiful. Staff were really helpful, trimming the base of the tree so it would fit our stand. Look forward to visiting again next year.
