Park direct Gatwick (Booked via this website) are absolute cowboys and no one should be using them!! How this company 'park direct Gatwick' is still operating, I don’t know. Absolute cowboys. Almost missed flight as we waited for an hour to drop off and an hour to collect!! With a young baby. When I called they either didn’t answer or put phone down. Company seriously need to be closed down!!! Have just reported to trading standards and HMRC and would advise others to do the same- company needs to be shut down! I think someone needs to investigate the company '. If others want to report to trading standards also you can do so via citizens advice bureau- the company's registered address is 'Office 221 Regency House, Western Road, 91 Western Road, Brighton, BN1 2NW'. I note on google reviews and trust pilot the number of people they have stolen from. Surely this shouldn’t be allowed to continue as a company?

Before leaving the keys to your pride and joy in someone else's hands, and expecting some reasonable 21st century service, I would urge people to compare Trustpilot's reviews for Gatwick company Park Direct Gatwick, who are sold as Premium Chauffeur Meet and Greet Gatwick, with the reviews used by Compare Parking Deals for that company. And then draw their own conclusions as to how much due diligence is undertaken on behalf of their customers...

This company Drive Park Me got me out of a very tight spot after another company let me down. While it was quite expensive I didn’t really have much option, and was luckily offered a discount, which helped.
The guys were polite and my car came back in one piece!

Awful experience - Stranded for 2 hours with 2 kids whilst waiting for the car to be returned.
We booked for valet service at Gatwick airport. The company we selected was rated 5 star and customer favourite. In reality the company has a 1 star rating which was not represented on Compare parking deals.

The uniformed , mature collection driver is a scam !!! My cars been badly damaged , full photographic evidence , even signed disclaimer from driver , This company not interested , the rudest customer service ever. Just shout on the phone at you.There seems to be many awful reviews about them on here now I’ve lookec , tried to save myself money and now it’s cost me , do yourself a favour a find another parking company. I’m now having to go through my credit company and legal channels to get fully reimbursed

Really very happy! Our car broke down on the way to the airport (not too far from it) and we were going to miss our flight. As soon as AA recovered the vehicle, these guys had sent a Van to us to collect us and our luggage and take us straight to the airport to make it on time! Thank you. Amazing company.

This is the worst service I have ever received. When I collected my baggage I received a missed call from a number. When I called the number back it was the boss of the company who confirmed that he would come and meet me at the collection point. I called the number back after 20 minutes of waiting at the point and he said he would be ‘10/15 mins’. I then called again and he said another 10. So I called again and got called all the names under the sun including ‘ a mother-f**cking bas*ard pussy’. He then said not to call again as he was not even effing working that day and I shouldn’t have got the ‘cheap service’. I then called another number could find and they asked why hadn’t I called them when I got off the flight. I explained it was because they called me? Apparently this was a ‘glitch’. My car was return covered in dust and bird poo with an empty tank of petrol ( there was half in there when I left it) so god knows where the car was taken. I then had to pay £5 for leaving the car park. DO NOT USE THIS ‘company’. If you do, be prepared to add another few hours of waiting to your journey.

DO NOT USE- We travelled from Manchester airport. The company they had collect our car from Manchester were not meet and greet. Waited 30 mins for car to be collected and an hour on return, to then find our car hard been scratched. Tried to email and call both companies with nothing still sorted and this was over 4 weeks ago!!!

Amazing service! We used Easy Parking Bristol, who were prompt and friendly when meeting us at the airport. They were very accommodating when we were unable to return on our original flight home, due to an accident on our way to the airport . Robin was so helpful and told us not to worry about the car and would keep the car until we were ready to fly home at a later date. Thanks again!

apalling - avoid at all costs.booked with them and they put our car out to Gatwick travel meet and greet who abused our car for personal /taxi use - it has a tracker built in and fully records every journey which can be viewed on google maps so there is no question of exactly where it has been and when. all emails to both companies ignored!
avoid. doubt we will ever use a meet and greet again.

I have used this company several times for Heathrow airport and they always been helpfulI . I got stuck in traffic and they gave me priority and was waiting for me in advance to collect car from me and same while return when I landed I gave them a call and driver was waiting with my car at the terminal. they are best one and always recommend to everyone and we will always use them

DO NOT USE. Took our money, turned up at the airport to find they hadn’t booked us in. Had a reference number but they didn’t open until 9am and our flight was at 7.30. Had to pay for parking again. When I got in touch the manager who was rude said he would refund me. 10 days went by - no refund. Called again and “Sam” said he is not refunding the money. I said I will take this to small claims court, asked for his name which he said was sam and I guarantee you it was not. His wife agreed again to give me the refund but still no sight.

Avoid absolutely that company. it's a total rip off. they sell parking services that doesn't exist. Because of them we had to pay more than £700 in last minute official airport parking

Very poor service on arrival at Manchester Airport, waited 50 minutes, zero paper work even though I walked around the car with the driver.
On return again waited 50 minutes with several other customers on level 7 in a cold car park will 2 small children.
When the driver eventually turned up before I got into the car I knew it had been used! We had words with the driver who quickly disappeared! The car was muddy, the back seats had been dropped and pushed back up trapping the rear seat belts behind the seat!! I wouldn’t have done this as childs seats where in the back!.
After I freed the belts to strap in the kids I loaded the bags and jumped into the drivers seat, I could smell a strong smell of cigarettes smoke, neither my wife or myself smoke, I could see tobacco and ash around me gear stick area!! Then I looked at my fuel gauge!!! I filled the car on the way to the airport, 570 miles in the tank, I traveled 128 miles, when I got the car it had 168 miles left in the tank, some cheeky scrote has been driving around in my car for 2 weeks on me!!
I immediately phoned the mobile number to complain, the women on the other end didn’t want to know, txt me an email address to complain, I don’t hold any hope of a suitable reply.
They have stolen my car! I’m waiting to see if any fines or fixed penalty notices drop on my door mat!

Much like the other reviewers here... I was only given a mobile number, they weren't there to meet and greet, I had no option to use the official airport parking, who were brilliant by the way. I should be able to sue them for breach of contract in that the service I paid for was not provided. I am currently seeking repairations but I am not hopeful. Do not use.

Oh yeah, they also cancelled my booking when I sent my complaint email so I can't leave feedback on their website. Scammers. Avoid.

Got in car to find they had gone into glove box and stole the hidden change a bottle of water sweets and a iPhone cable. Contacted straight away and for a month have kept fobbing me off.

DO NOT use this service. There should be warnings across the airline and airport websites about these scams. Apparently a daily occurance at Manchester airport. The cars are not safely parked, some are parked in the residential areas nearby and have been stolen.

We dropped the car off no issue - at the airport terminal. The guy was friendly enough - but paperwork minimal which we thought was strange but had all our booking confirmation etc. When we got back though, none of the numbers we were supossed to call were working. One was going through to an international dialling tone. We finally got through to the main office after searching online and they called the driver and apparently got through. We were told to call the driver in half an hour and he would meet us at the terminal. We started to do so - and no reply for another 45 mins. No response to messages. Tried the main office number again and it rang out. Started to panic and spoke to the information desk at the airport - they said this is happening day after day and they can't do anything about it. Different companies are changing names every couple of months. Finally we get a private number witheld number call and the driver met us 10 mins later.
The guy meets us and can't wait to hand over. The car absolutely stank inside of burning rubber. Truly bad smell. Petrol has gone down by 1/3 tank and mileage down too. We are going to get it checked tomorrow.

The company is a dealer for the parking companies apparently. We guess a broller. We feel a bit compensated as they called to offer a full refund and petrol compensation. But it doesn't really cover the anxiety, worry and possible car damage. They really need to vet who they are working with. It's just not acceptable.

NB. The company is compareparkingdeals.co.uk not just .UK at the end as per the email address attached to this.

Absolutely a SCAM! AVOID!!
We booked the 'meet & greet' service and finished payment through their website.
We called hundred times to the number which provided by Compare
Parking Deals, but this meet and greet doesn't exist. We almost missed
our honeymoon flight and finally had to park at the official airport
parking . Total cost £720 !!!

We contacted their customer service many times to get support, but
they were absolutely unprofessional and just gave crap answers....

TOTALLY USELESS.
