Ordered online on Thursday evening. Delivery took place Tuesday.
It’s not the slowest delivery I guess, however next day call back, letting me know a the delivery date would have been appreciated.
Not a major issue, just not A* either.
I received a call from coomers today regarding my review. They explained their process and what was achieved and also various other aspects that happened.
Generally a company only tries to reach out to you when the require to be better or rectify an issue. Nothing in my experience had gone wrong in this deliver, however, they appreciated my judgment is valued. Well done coomers.

Great service & helpful staff.
We have been using Coomers for a DIY project that we are currently working on. Initially we visited the Haslemere site for advice on the materials we would need. The guy behind the sales desk was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took us out to the woodyard and showed us some different options.
We then came home and ordered some timber to be delivered. The ordering process and the prices were good.
I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

Easy peasy Coomers!
Ordering online was easy. Confirmation received first thing the following morning with a delivery date. I needed to change this, but this wasn't a problem for Coomers. The date was amended within half an hour of asking. Delivery date came, I didn't receive notice of an estimated time of their arrival (but then again, they didn't say i would), but turned up first thing and dropped everything off exactly where I wanted. Driver was very polite too. Wouldn't hesitate in using them again.

Quick delivery
Needed some items quick and as Wickes were messing me around with delivery Coomers got the order. Better ballast than wickes too. Will go there first next time.
Only improvement would be to be able to sort out the delivery online too when ordering.

Good service
The service from the company for the items I ordered was good, but there were a couple of problems! Firstly I got no pre notification of the delivery day, except for the driver trying to call me as he was on the way. I was out & couldn’t answer my phone, but he left the items anyway. As I wasn’t there I couldn’t check the items & the quality of the sleepers I ordered was so poor, I had to call and ask for them to be changed. However the service chap was extremely polite and apologetic and they were changed the next day. So the service was great.
