Delivery expectations
I knew I couldn't pick up the sheets of ply in my car so was happy to pay the delivery charge.
Expecting a delay on delivery of 3 to 5 days I was pleasantly surprised when email came back quickly stating delivery for following day. And sure enough a van turned up well before lunchtime and delivery accomplished.

Firstly, can we thank you for leaving feedback for us and raising your concerns.
We are so sorry to hear of your experience at our Bordon branch and can ensure you this is being investigated as we pride ourselves on our service.
With seven yard staff and four drivers on site there can be a lot of activity in and around our transport co-ordinator's office at the end of the sales counter. However we would expect someone to have acknowledged your presence even if there was not an available member of the sales team. We intend to review our policies and remind staff of the high standards we expect in customer service.
We wish you well and hope that one day you might give us another opportunity to do better.

As a rule we do specify a day rather than a specific time as we have a very busy fleet of vehicles and delivery schedules are not made until late the previous day.
We can usually accommodate an AM or PM delivery if requested in the notes of any order, but we have taken your comments onboard.

Warped timber
The Timber I ordered was delivered promptly and the driver was very courteous and helpful, but when I started to use the wood I found some was very warped and could only use some short lengths I managed to cut from the full length.
