Ordered for an Xmas present on the 19th Dec. Item not dispatched or lost. Replacement item sent out on the 2nd Jan. In between I had emailed reporting the item was not recieved- no response whatsoever.

Thank you for your message, and I am sorry for the disappointment caused.
Our Christmas delivery cut off date was 18 December, which was stated across our delivery pages and at the point of ordering. As your order was placed on 19 December, we were unfortunately unable to guarantee delivery before Christmas. The festive period is exceptionally busy for couriers, so we set this cut off date to help avoid delays where possible.
Our office was also closed for a short period over Christmas to give the team a break, so I apologise for the delay in responding to your email and getting this sorted for you. I am glad we were able to arrange a replacement to be sent out on 2 January.
Thank you for your understanding, and again for your order. We really do appreciate your support.

Hot chocolate
Bought a tin of hot chocolate £8.50 for 250g! When I opened the tin it was only half full. It was indeed 250g but size of the tin is very misleading as you would expect the tin to be full on opening.

Fast service
Fast service, great product at a good price, much loved by our neighbour whom we bring back for as a present when down in Cornwall. Had to buy from website this time as we couldn't find anywhere in St Ives or Hayle that sold the decaf version, so was pleased with the fast service.
