A friendly and professional experience from Sylvia who assisted us in choosing new furniture for our home.

The displays reflected the fill range of goods and the assistant was knowledgeable and attentive without being intrusive .

A lovely lady helped me called Sylvia. She helped me make my selections by explaining the options. I was able to take my time picking the fabric and colour. Felt really comfortable and not pressurised. Able to schedule a convenient delivery period. Just can’t wait for the sofa to arrive more.

Delivery and return was made easy and quick. Ryan and Chris very polite.

Warm and friendly service on three separate visits. Helpful without being pushy. When I decided what I wanted to do, the sales process was straight forward and speedy. The other items I will be buying were not in your sale, so will purchase separately over the next few weeks.

As always entering Cotswold is serene and calming experience. Immediately greeted by a smile and enquiry of help required by a charming assistant. Help was given in securing exactly what I had chosen and then beautifully packaged whilst having a pleasant chat. A favourite store for me when thinking of gifts also.

The staff were wonderfully attentive without being pushy. Their helpful suggestions on styles and colours made it so much easier to choose our furniture.

Order 6933361. Lovely furniture. Arrives fully assembled. Marlon and Damian were really professional in unpacking, putting in place the furniture and taking away all packaging without being asked. Very nice guys who could not have been more helpful. We will request them on all future deliveries from Cotswold Co.

Great showroom in knutsford, easy to order, delivery team excellent

Our experience with the Cotswold Co. from our visit to the Knutsford showroom through to delivery and installation, was excellent. Special thanks to Ryan & Chris who delivered and set up our dining table & chairs. They were punctual, courteous and completed the installation in good time. They also took great care to demonstrate the table’s operation and ensure all waste materials were tidied away and removed. Highly recommended - Thank You both!

Very easy to shop in store ( Knutsford) with a good choice of furniture, delivery was by 2 really professional & curtious guys (Ryan&Chris). Items look great & fit in beautifully.

Simon and Bernard did a first class job delivering our Cotswold furniture. Nothing was too much. They worked without fuss considering the heat of the day and were friendly and accommodating. A++
