Just wanted to say a big thank you to Sam and Igors, they delivered my furniture today, unpacked it for me, checked it over and carried it upstairs for me. Happily accommodated all the way through, they were so helpful and very polite. Thank you, great service

Looked online for dining room table and chairs set and found the perfect match. Decided to visit the Knutsford store to look in person which was a great help. The staff were brilliant, friendly and knowledgeable. Received a delivery time of 3 hours the day before delivery. The guys ( Mathew and Tristan) arrived on time and were great. Very polite and helpful

Great advice and service when we visited Knutsford store. Our circular table and chairs are quality. We were advised to have the table built in the store by the delivery guys as it could be “tricky”. Glad we did. Our delivery guys respected our property and the table was built with experience. All the packaging was taken away too.
Wound not hesitate to recommend.

Chris and Bernard the delivery drivers were on time, respectful of the house, even to automatically removing their shoes. They were polite and helpful in putting the cupboard exactly where we required it.

Bought 2 x Taylor High Back sofas from
Cotswold Company which was delivered in October 2025
The sofas are beautiful to look at but sadly the sofas cushions are not fit for purpose…the back is recycled fiber offering no support and the seat cushions slide at an angle making them very uncomfortable. When sitting on these sofas you also roll into the corners.
When we bought the sofas we were told their would be minimum maintenance on the cushions foam fibre cushions so we chose this option. Sadly the cushions do not spring back to shape and the foam is not at all supportive.
I contacted Cotswold company who sent someone to service the sofa. He advised that the sofa was made to specification and that the wear was in line with expected wear and tear - after 4 months I would expect very little if any wear and tear. I felt I did not need an expert to tell me that and does not change the fact that the sofas are not fit for purpose.
This is not a manufacturer issue but a poor quality sofa and we did not get what we expected.
I now have sofas that I can not sit on without resulting in back ache. Very poor quality sofas that cost a lot but are of little use.

Excellent service from The Cotswold Company. We are very pleased with our order of beautiful furniture in the Camille range for our bedroom. The furniture is heavy and solid - definitely built to last as is the timeless design - French inspired and lime washed wood. The delivery guys were excellent, professional and polite and made easy work of assembling the bed and getting the large sideboard up the stairs. The range of beautiful accessories available to dress the room are such great quality and value too.

Ordered an Elkstone Mellow Oak small sideboard. Delivered on schedule and delivery team (Chris & Jermaine) were very polite and delivered the sideboard unpacked, which was much appreciated.

The furniture (table) was delivered within 15 minutes of the estimated time. Jemaine & Chris unboxed/unwrapped the table and put it in place. Great service.

Delivered on time by Rich and Vasco who were friendly and very efficient . Everything unpacked and packing taken away. Very pleased with the quality of both products and service.

Ordered the filing cabinet through the new Knutsford store. Very friendly, helpful staff. Delivery time was met and delivery people very informative, respectful and friendly.
The unit is perfect and very well made.

The sales assistant Sylvia absolutely amazing and went out of her way to help us with our order.
The product was showing online with fabric pictures photos but I was unable to order due to the fabric being discontinued although product was still advertised as available.
Sylvia went out of her way to ensure the product was sourced and we were then able to complete the order process.

Kate was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Purchase was straightforward and delivery date confirmed. It would have been most useful though to be advised that we could request product assembly. The delivery team told us this was an option. We appreciate that this would have come at a cost but probably worth it as it was certainly a two person job.
