Impeccable service at Lexus Twickenham last Tuesday. The car was only in for its MOT but I wanted a couple of extras attended to.
I was looked after by the charming Emily who made the whole experience easy and efficient.
When I returned to pick up the car Emily walked me out to the vehicle so it was a pleasure, not a chore.

I took my car for suspected liquid leak following car having been serviced.
Jay was very professional, he managed the process efficiently and to a highly professional manner. This car dealer I recommend to all motorists

( Rude people to do business with)
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Toyota Currie Motors. What should have been a straightforward recall repair turned into a frustrating and poorly handled experience.
There were significant delays in fixing the recall issue, with little to no clear communication throughout the process. On top of that, my vehicle was returned with additional damage—a broken console latch—which is completely unacceptable.
This level of carelessness and lack of accountability shows a serious disregard for customers and their property. I expected far better from an authorised dealership.
I would strongly advise others to think twice before trusting them with their vehicle. ⭐☆☆☆☆
No the matter has not been resolved to my satisfaction, But torqued to suit your arrogance،Any how the case is now with an Ombudsman, So stop lying.

I called the Currie motors Isleworth Toyota. I called them regarding a service plan issue for my Toyota car. agent Natasha was very helpful to answer all my queries. I’m extremely impressed with the customer service received from her. She’s a great asset to the company I would say.

Just had my car serviced recently in Currie Motors Isleworth and I’m really pleased with the experience. Rhianna and the team (Jay/Chris/others) were friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly before carrying out the work. The service was completed on time and the car is running great.
Really appreciate the honest advice and the excellent customer service. I’d definitely recommend them and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thanks again for the great work, your efforts are definitely appreciated.

Be careful with reservations ,if you are tourist!they send me messages after I make a reservation, and asked for a credit card!!! I have debit cards with me ad I have rented many times with!in the company rules its specified and accepted debit card!but after making reservation you get the surprise!
I think they don't like strangers !have other rules....better rent from other companies more professionals who have no discrimination rules and more experience!

Currie Motors Toyota Kingston - Terrible Services Experience
I have been driving in the UK for 6 years, and this is the single most frustrating car service experience I have ever endured.
Broken Agreements: I booked 4 weeks ago for a 12 PM collection to accommodate my work schedule. Despite a male staff member confirming this on Feb 13th, the shop staff on the day (Feb 16th) ignored it entirely. My car wasn't ready until 14:30, forcing me to cancel my afternoon work and lose business income.
Appalling Staff Conduct: On Feb 13th, a female staff member was incredibly impolite. She repeatedly interrupted me, refused to let me finish a sentence, and gaslit me by saying I was "aggressive" even though I was speaking slowly and clearly to ensure she understood the booking requirements.
Zero Follow-up: It has now been 21 days since my service. I am still waiting for the paper copy of my health check and the service plan quotation I requested.
Comparison: Comparing this to Toyota services in Japan or Hong Kong—or even Currie Motors’ own service back in June 2025—the current level is far below standard.
I will be taking my business to another Toyota dealer from now on. If you value your time and professional courtesy, I suggest you do the same.

I booked my Toyota in for a service and MOT within the MOT window. I have a service contract purchased when I bought the car at another dealer but for use at any Toyota dealer. I completed the online check in as required informing them the TPMS was flashing and needed checking. I also mentioned this when I dropped the car off. I had requested no further work be done without contacting me.
On the day I had 3 phone calls both informing me the car had failed the MOT and then been retested and also that it would be ready at a given time. I was not notified of any additional expense. On arrival at the service centre I was firstly shown a fail certificate showing it failed due to the TPMS and then a pass certificate. I was told I had to pay for the MOT. I explained it was covered within my service contract and the staff member went to check. She returned with another staff member who explained my payments
“ went into a pot” and I had insufficent money in the pot due to the seller incorrectly setting up the contract. I attempted to dispute this and any cost due to a failure as I had pointed this issue out. Eventually I relented and paid to get out but decided I would check online. I asked for the paperwork and was given all but one sheet which was folded and retained “ as I did not need it”
On returning to my car I discovered it had not been cleaned or washed, a usual part of a dealership service. I was so upset by the previous incident I left and decided to email the company.
I received various automated emails the next day,so replied to explain the situation in full. I also said I thought they were trying to charge me for 2MOTs. I also contacted the company with whom I have the service contract who confirmed I was entitled to the service even if insufficent monies have yet been paid. I forwarded this information to Currie Motors the next day. I had a call from a member of their team who said he would look into this.
Currently 10 days later I have an email from Toyota suggesting the TPMS is covered under warranty, also forwarded to Currie motors.Currie motors have offered to return the charge for the TPMS registration but ignored the issues regarding the MOT being already covered and no valet. I have not heard from them for 3 days despite my request for the return of the full amount and reminding them of the missed valet and frustration of this situation.
I have now received a full refund but no apology or explanation

I recently had my service and MOT completed at Currie Motors Isleworth, and I am thoroughly impressed with the excellent service I received. I would like to extend a huge thank you to Natasha, who called me the day before my service was due. I mentioned my disability, and she went above and beyond to ensure I was well looked after while waiting for the Service and MOT to be completed. Her thoughtful care truly made a difference.
I’d also like to express my gratitude to Christopher. I called back for a copy of my service history for the last 5 years, and he was incredibly polite, professional, and helpful. He managed to assist me efficiently, and I greatly appreciate his support.
A big thank you to the entire team at Currie Motors Isleworth for their exceptional service. Since my first visit back in 2004, I’ve always received nothing short of professionalism. 10 stars for the team!
Ps I also want to say a special thanks to the young man who took my keys when I arrived.. he's been around for at least 10 years or more , but I have to apologise as his name escapes me (I think it's Chris on the front desk with glasses).. He has always been extremely helpful and professional!

We have hired three times from here . By far the best hire company around. The service we had from John was friendly and efficient. The cars are immaculate and reasonably priced . Upon returning and being checked we had confidence in the fact that little damages wouldn't strangely appear as has happened to us with other companies. We would definitely recommend the branch in Waltham Abbey.

I had an issue with clip on rear trim on my Toyota Auris, always recommended Currie Motors Isleworth as ive had a previous experience with the bodyshop had my car repaired ,the Bodyshop Manager Raj told me after i called them to ask them for advice on the clip repair and to get it looked at ,Raj was so brilliant when i got to the servicecentre,he said not a problem, book the car in and he and his bodyshop technicians got it sorted very quickly, asked me to get a coffee in reception, and ten minutes later sorted the issue, like the Currie Motors motto says in theirservicecentre,Nice people to do business with,Raj and his bodyshop team the are just brill and fantastic, people are first to complain about poor service, but at this service centre, Currie Motors Isleworth its the best in West London, thanks to the Manager Raj and his team, they get things sorted;no time wasting etc,and they get you on your way happy, just super customer care.Thankyou Currie Motors. This kind of service is very rear. You got the best staff here ,People take your Toyota to this dealership, you will leave happy. I brought my car at the beginning of December from Currie Motor Kingston and although the service was great to begin with, I am now not happy. I have now called 3 times and emailed three times to ask for something in writing about the warranty- it would only be a one sentence email but I just want it in writing that if I go to a non-Toyota garage, the warranty still lasts for 3 years if they use Toyota parts for the service. I have even spoken to the manager Zuzana and have not received a response despite her guaranteeing that she would send me the email.
I also am querying my rearview camera- the position has changed whereby I can now see half of my number plate and although the manager checked with the garage team, they said that it's normal and the position of the camera has changed, but I'm not sure why this has happened, especially as it happened just 2 days after buying the car.
Not at all impressed with them, considering I am a repeat customer, don't think I will be going back in the future.

My vehicle was serviced on 2/1/26. On 4/1, I wanted to check the windscreen washer fluid before my daughter drove to Cambridge. When I opened the bonnet, I noticed that the radiator cap was missing. I looked around and found it at the bottom of the windscreen.
I called them on 5/1, and they contacted me on 6/1. I was offered £50 off my next visit. However, I do not think I will use their services again. My daughter was very lucky that I checked the car before the journey; otherwise, the car could have broken down somewhere on the M25 or M11.
Their website states “trained experts at your service,” which I find questionable given this experience. I sent my car for servicing, not to create problems.

Very poor quality, please avoid, definitely do not do your service here unless you want to be ripped off and end up finding your car in a worse state than before service! I had a routine service here, was told wipers needed replacing (they were completely fine) air con needed cleaning regas etc… charged well over 600 pounds, ended up with faulty wipers which do not work and leave a scratch water mark distorting driving vision constantly. Customer service team dismissive and unhelpful. Worst experience ever, extremely disappointing
