Support and customer service provided by Rashan near Kingston was ontime, seemless and top notch.

Dear Sophie,
Your response is unacceptable. It is clear no meaningful investigation took place before replying. Your message appears to be a generic attempt to protect the dealership’s public image rather than address the concerns raised.
Had you reviewed the email correspondence from the Sales Agent, you would see the facts support my complaint regarding unprofessional tone, dismissive behaviour, and refusal to engage with evidence and market comparisons.
Your statement that you can only offer what you believe a car is worth does not explain why your valuation was significantly below market norms and inconsistent with multiple other official Lexus dealers. This is a serious failure of standards and reflects poorly on the Lexus brand.
I request that this matter is escalated to Lexus UK for a full review. I am confident that Lexus UK, upon reviewing the facts, will agree my concerns are justified.
Mr Ladwa
Disappointing experience, below Lexus brand expectations
Advice to prospective customers: proceed with caution.
My experience with this Lexus dealership was disappointing and fell well short of the standards one would reasonably expect from a prestige brand.
In particular, my dealings with James Greenaway were marked by a lack of professionalism. I found the communication dismissive in tone and, at times, suggestive that I lacked understanding as a customer, rather than engaging constructively with evidence and market comparisons provided.
The trade-in valuation offered for my vehicle was significantly below market norms and inconsistent with offers from other official Lexus dealers. When this discrepancy was raised, it was not addressed substantively.
Customers typically choose Lexus because of its reputation for integrity, transparency, and high-quality client care. Unfortunately, that expectation was not met on this occasion. I ultimately received a far more professional and commercially reasonable experience elsewhere within the Lexus dealer network.

Recently had my car serviced at Toyota Currie Motors Isleworth and the business was a pleasure to deal with. Jason and the reception team were all extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I was kept updated regularly as to what work was required and when the car would be ready. I will definitely be returning here .

Just popped in to get a headlamp replaced at short notice. Excellent service and Chris De Bruyne could not have been more helpful

I would like to both praise and thank Philip Greally for the first class customer care that he provided recently. I visited the Lexus Showroom to look at the LBX. Philip was brilliant! He gave me so much time, answered all of my questions very thoroughly and even arranged for a test drive. A few days later Philip patiently repeated the same process with my wife so that we could both see the car together. We both really liked the LBX and have now ordered the car.
At no time did we feel rushed or under any pressure, and thanks to his thoughtful manner and great customer care, he ensured that our visits to the showroom were a great experience. Philip made everything so straightforward. He is a real asset to The Lexus sales team and we are very grateful that we were so ably assisted by him. Thank you very much Philip, excellent service and we recommend you with the highest endorsement!

I took my car in for its scheduled service and the experience was fantastic. The work was completed in the morning within just a couple of hours, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally. The team also provided helpful advice throughout the process.
A very special thanks to the service adviser, Mariam Seroukh, who was outstanding. She looked after me from the initial booking right through to the end.
Thank you, Currie Motors Isleworth.
Highly recommended!

Crikey I must have a short memory - just took my Lexus NX in to get serviced and for the 3rd time they found a foreign object in the tyre, with an unrepairable puncture. Happened in 2020 and 202I and now again in 2025. Low mileage, no tyre pressure drop, and no nearby building work. Co-incidence or just plain unlucky? I will never know as didn't scan the tyres before dropping off, but makes me suspicious and as no one was available for service drop off at 8am, I didn't have the chance to joke about finding nails in my tyres again, like I have done in previous years.

Was easy to sell and buy car same day. Dimitri made it easy and continued to check to see if I was happy with the car.

We recently bought a new C-HR which is our second Toyota from Currie Motors (we also have a Yaris Cross). We have found the staff to be "nice" (as claimed in their slogan), but also helpful, honest and down to earth. Mehdi did a great job getting us the car we wanted, despite some hiccups along the way due to what Toyota was able to supply (spec, colour etc). He was proactive, responsive, clear and fair in terms of negotiation.
Also a word on Toyotas generally - they are really good cars: they are well built with clever and stylish design and have a great reputation for reliability.... the 10 year warranty gives comfort that Toyota back their product.

I was unlucky enough to have an unrepairable puncture in my 24 plate Corolla. I have tyre/wheel insurance so called Currie Motors Isleworth. Car was booked in & an hour later I was called to advise me that 12v battery was depleting. Technology? I didn't know they could see MyToyota app? Killed two birds with one stone. After a bit of to and fro O/E tyre was fitted and battery checked and charged. This was all free of charge.
Many thanks to Rihanna, Coral & the team for their unparalleled customer service. They really make life a whole lot easier when you hit bumps in the road.
P.S. I really recommend hybrid drivers get a trickle battery charger if you don't drive them enough to keep them fully charged.

Hilux booked in for a leaking differential.
Dropped of and picked up with no charge, when I called the service department.
No Invoice could be found.
After a many phone calls abortive attempts to find my vehicle on Toyota App.
I have a Hilux with a leaking differential.
What fresh hell is this
Useless.
And now they tell me its all OK because I spoke to someone.
The Hilux went in, they wiped the diff and decided it was fine.
I specifically booked this in to have this fixed.
Not wiped with a rag.
What a brush off

Review of Curry Motors Kingston – Toyota RAV4 (LB22EWH)
I have been experiencing recurring issues with my Toyota RAV4 (LB22EWH), including warnings such as “Headlight System Malfunction” and “Braking Power Low, Stop in a safe place, see owner’s manual.”
I initially booked my vehicle in with Curry Motors Kingston, where they kept the car for almost five days. At the end, I was told the problem was caused by “leaving a headlight or another light on overnight.” This was the same explanation I had previously been given for issues with another vehicle, and it felt like an easy way of shifting the blame onto the customer rather than addressing the actual fault.
After nearly a week in their care, I collected the car — only for the exact same problem to return just three weeks later. I booked another appointment for 11/09/25 and carefully explained that the issue had not been resolved the first time. This time, Mr. Aston was assigned to me.
As I live in Farnham (GU9), arranging drop-off and collection is already very inconvenient around my work schedule. Despite this, I received no updates until I called the following day. Mr. Aston informed me the vehicle had been “fixed” — but when I asked what had been repaired, he said they had resolved a tyre pressure warning. I was extremely frustrated, as I had made it very clear that my concern was with the braking and headlight system faults, not a tyre pressure alert.
When I again explained the real issue, I was reassured it would now be addressed properly. I also requested several times to speak with the Service Manager, but was repeatedly told he was “busy.” To this day, the Service Manager has not had the courtesy to return my call.
Considering I purchased this vehicle from Toyota for around £44,000, I expected far better after-sales service. Toyota proudly advertise a 10-year / 100,000-mile warranty, but my experience shows that the level of support provided tells a very different story.
My main reason for writing this review is to highlight to other customers that when you buy a vehicle, it’s not only the car you are purchasing — it’s also the standard of service you will receive afterwards. Sadly, in my experience, Curry Motors Kingston has fallen far short of the level of care and professionalism Toyota customers should be able to rely on.

Michal was out sales person - incredibly patient and thorough as we went through a range of different options (new and used) and different finance options when looking at cars across a few different weekends. I liked how we never felt pressured to make a decision, which was nice as I hate pushy sales people. It felt like he was more interested in ensuring that we made the right decision for us. He also followed up several times from when we made initial deposit, to purchasing the car to make sure that we were happy. We had some queries in relation to charging cables and also the tyre, both of which have been resolved quickly and at no additional cost.
From an after sales perspective, they have continued to look after that.
We have had a toyota for 20+ years and very pleased with our most recent purchase.
Highly recommend.
