Great service. Could not have asked for a better experience. Held my hand throughout the whole process. Timely, valuable communications and prompt service. Went out of their way to ensure I was able to pickup my car on the day. Felt at home... not many dealerships offer this kind of service.

I am more than happy to leave a positive about my experience with Currie Motors at Twickenham. Natasha at Twickenham was great from start to finish. Natasha has great communication skills. Natasha was friendly knowledgeable and always ready to assist and explain things very clearly to me. The whole process with Natasha was very transparent in a friendly and hospitable environment. It was a pleasure to meet her and purchase a car with her assistance.

Dear All , First time me and my daughter have gone here to view a car. First impressions not good had to wait 20 mins approximately, I understand they were not too busy. But only when a staff member Sat down at the front desk I actually went to him for help, he was OK but after a few mins he could not have got rid of us quickly enough. Just said we have only 3 cars here that's it onside and we don't have any online, his words. Best thing we did was to get away and went to Renault who were amazing, even they were closing they were very accommodating, made us comfortable and great service. This is how it should be. Good luck

Coral who booked us in couldn't have been more helpful, she explained all that would take place.
They also kept us informed of every step and when it was available to pick up.
Very impressive service.

Coral, my service advisor at Currie Motors Toyota Isleworth Centre, is a gem. Coral is very helpful, professional and efficient.
My car received the customary health check by the mechanic assigned to my vehicle.

I work at Toyota Currie Motors in Isleworth and I want to let the General Public know what its really like behind the scenes here and how it affects customers.
The Mechanics are on commission, so the more cars they service...the more money they earn. They also earn extra money by recommending extra work to be carried out on the vehicle.
The Service Advisors earn extra money if they get a positive review on Google or Trustpilot.
From what I have observed during my time here, I can tell you that because the Mechanics are rushing through the services and extra work that they have recommended in order to get onto the next vehicle accidents and incidents happen on a daily basis.
The Service Advisors although very friendly to the customers, all they are really interested in is earning that extra money for the positive review. They seem very shallow, as once their Customer has left the site the fake smile quickly disappears.
Going back to the Mechanics, I can give you a long list of accidents and incidents because they are rushing the work and making errors because of this. This then impacts the Customer going forward.
I'll list the accidents and incidents here and update this page as and when;
Today we'll start with the spanner left under the bonnet of a customers vehicle that had just been serviced...
Found by the Customer before he left the site he was shocked to find the Mechanic had left a wrench on top of the engine. Had this not been spotted by the Customer it would surely have caused extensive damage to the engine if it had fallen on to any exposed or moving parts of the engine. If it had fallen through the engine bay onto the road it could have caused serious damage to property on injury to anyone who would have been near the vehicle at the time.
Another incident...
Customers vehicle scratched whilst in for a service (and this happens often). Whilst this was investigated by the Manager and Currie Motors were found to be at fault, it does highlight the fact that the vehicle was damaged by someone whilst the vehicle was on site and must have been done by a member of staff. My concern is that the member of staff that damaged the vehicle kept quiet about it and did not report it. It was only upon the Customer inspecting the vehicle on pick up that the Customer noticed the damage. Again, if the Customer had not noticed the damaged whilst still on site at Currie Motors, I doubt very much that would have showed any grace toward the Customer and would not have repaired their vehicle for them.
And another incident...
Customers' car keys lost. The Customer brought their car in for a Service and Toyota Isleworth lost the keys. The Customer had to bring his spare key in the following day in order for them to get into his car and carry out the Service. The Key 'Safe' is left open all the time. Anyone can take a Customers' car key and no-one would know who had it. I've worked for many different Dealerships over the years and Toyota Isleworth has the the most laxed system I've ever seen. For most Dealerships the Key Safe is treated the tightest security. But not at Toyota Isleworth...keys are being mislaid/misplaced all day long and I'm not suprised in the slightest that they lost the poor Customers' car keys.
Best practice; make sure you take a video on your phone of your vehicle when dropping it off. Then check your vehicle thoroughly before you leave the site. As I would imagine that Currie Motors would not accept, or would be very reluctant to, any liability for any damage that has occurred whilst on site once you have left.

Currie Motors Kingston Toyota staff are all kind, helpful and hardworking.
I travel a long way from my home address to get my car done there due to their integrity, honesty and excellent customer service. We especially want to thank Shuan Lovell-Bains who has always been helpful and kind.

My parents are in their mid 80s and rely on a car to get around. They booked their Yaris cross in for the first minor service as the car is 6 months old. They were not offered a courtesy car or a lift to public transport, I guess they were busy and all the cars had been offered out. My problem is that they were expected to pick the car up the same day. They were told at 15.00 hours the same day that the car would not be ready till the following day. My mum has now got to get 2 buses to get to a physio appointment! She is 84. For an hours work tops for a minor service and the car having been dropped off first thing in the morning is totally not acceptable!!! The sad thing is my parents bought their first Toyota celica in mid 1980s and have been loyal to the brand. Shame on you Currie Motors Kingston!
Just heard from my parents that due to modern tech they only opened the door 10 mins ago the following day. My 84 year old mum just text me while waiting for a second bus to take her home from the physio! Currie motors I except a response now!?
After contacting Rob Mckendrick who still hasn't returned my email I expect what you offered is not enough to pay my mums taxi to her physio. And Rob when a client emails you I expect a response! Not Sophie! I will still run this with the comet!

I cannot begin to explain, how disappointed I am with the Customer Service Representative Dmitry at Lexus Twickenham, and as such I will no longer be using that branch to service my vehicle after 5 loyal years. My son had lost his AirPod down the back seat by the seatbelt holder and having spoken to the helpful service department, they sent me a YouTube video to try lift up the back seats. Being unable to complete the operation, I was driving by your Twickenham branch and asked politely if I could get somebody to help me. Stone cold Dmitry said no and that it would need to be booked in to the workshop. When I remarked the the cost of this would be more than the cost of replacing the AirPods, Dmitry said "your choice but there is nothing we can do". Customer Service at its greatest and not sure what training he has had, but the level of arrogance, for a front facing member of staff was staggering and has now destroyed my confidence in the Branch and the brand. I will happily speak to the manager of the the franchise
