Schemers and hiding behind constructions of different countries to slow down or not return the money from returned items, +180€ they stole.

Ordered pair of pants, seemingly fake, also size wrong, then before i got my money back i ordered another better size, also not realistic, and few other products became also badly sized, backpacks

then waited for money back, still waiting, august 25

The worst experience with this trashy Company.. stealing money that's what they do .. pretend to sell things

2 t shirts returned. After 8 week and several mails. Responses were standard. October 29th they mailed about an insolvent process being started. So my money is gone.
I suggest not to order. Unreliable webshop.

Our company has filed for insolvency with the local court in charge. The proceedings have not yet been initiated, and no insolvency administrator has been appointed yet.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to issue refunds or credits as we are awaiting further decisions from the insolvency court.
You can of course still send us your return, but it will only be processed once an insolvency administrator has been appointed and we have received the relevant instructions.
As soon as we have further information, we will publish it on our website or inform you by email.
We will, of course, give our best to clarify the situation as soon as possible and to address all our customer concerns as quickly as possible :)

This company is the worst with their retour policy. Waiting months before i get my money back. If you send an email you will receive an automatic respons. After months of waiting still no money back.

Stay away from this company. I send items back 3 months ago. 200 euros worth. Till this day i got no money back also not items and talk with them is impossible. They don't give any answers from any means possible to contact them..

I ordered second week of May multiple type of shirts. They delivered begin of June when I was on holiday, I could not accept the package. The package was sent to a pick-up location in my neighborhoord and would stay there fore 7 days.
For me this was not possible because my holiday was for 2 weeks.
Therefore, the package was returned after the 7th day to Def Shop.
They still did not process the return. I have no information or whatsoever because I never picked up the package.
I e-mailed like 10x times and I received 10x times the exact same reaction “please have some patience, we are behind, we well fix this”.
But today is 3-4 months later and nothing happened.

Never will I order again, what a mess. They admit they have not processed the return shipment but they will not tell me when I receive a refund.
The customer service is a joke, only reply with copy/paste responses.
Such a shame because they have nice products.

Did not receive the product i ordered jet paid for it! They are not responding on my emails, not responding on WhatsApp and the contact number is not working. Weeks later now and my money is just gone. Lousy company! Do not order here!

Ordered some items that were too large but DefShop never processed my return. They are very difficult to contact and when the do reply they show zero initiative to figure out what went wrong.

I got sent the wrong size of the product I ordered and I have still have not recived a re-fund or any form of compensation (August 7) or the right product sent.

Phone number is answered with a message that you can only email.
Emails and WhatsApp messages don’t get a response. Clothes are of poor quality

If I could give less then 1 star I would. More then two months have passed for a simple returned item + refund. They do not pick up the phone nor respond to whatsapp messages. I have filed a complaint with ECC-Net and I urge everyone with the same issues to do the same.

Quick delivery but when I send back some goods (to big) no respons accept an automatic respons that stated that a ticket is made. I think I can kiss my money goodbye!!!

Horrible delays in processing your returns. It's been 3 months and I'm still waiting for the amount to be credited. Customer service responds 4 weeks after every e-mail and each time it's the same excuse.
It truly is insane how bad this shop is. They do ship quickly, so there's that. But please never return anything or you'll be out of luck.

I returned half of my order and paid for the other half. Two months later, the return still hasn't been confirmed, and I'm now being asked to pay for the returned items via Klarna. They also didn't send one of the items of clothing. They either don't respond at all, or they only respond with excuses when I call or email them. Don't order from this store.

For over a month I’m fighting to get my money back, as I’ve returned the product. Always same story - „ sorry it take longer to proces returns”. I’m reporting this Company to ECC and consuwijzer, as I see I’m not the only one

Placed an order 2 months ago shipped it back since than radiosilence, o ly anwer i get is sorry due to a systemchange it takes longer....
