Don't order here. Tried to retour my pants. They respond late on purpose, then they say they "attached" it in the email. There's nothing there, they keep reaponding slow till you hit the 25-30 days mark so you "cant" retour it anymore. Then they told me sorry now its not possible anymore after "30" days (after they kept naking mistakes). I looked at the date, it wasn't even 30 days yet, it's literally 26 days. So not only can't they do their job they are also blatant liars. I never leave reviews, but this one got me pissed with the lies so I wanna warn everyone. Dont order here to avoid problems and being lied to.

Firstly was worried regarding my order, read the reviews, realized I have no order confirmation in my email and after attempts to contact the store I got no reply. However the product which I ordered came on time which was specified after I paid the item.

I see a lot of people are being rough on this shop, however the shop is legit, has good pricing and definetely not worth that bad comments here. Don't stress if you don't hear from them in 3 days or smth, I know it's annoying, but people just need some patience.

However I wish the store improves it's customer service.

I was scared because of the reviews but I received my package and everything was well!

I ordered a VonDutch cap, at first I didnt receive a confirmation email but after a few days it did and on top of that, it came on time.

Terrible store to buy from with even more terrible (actually NO) customer service. Telephone number on the NL website is not connected. Telephone number on their DE website is not connected. They don't answer emails (3 sent so far) and they don't answer WhatsApp messages (4 sent so far). DON'T BUY HERE!!!

I returned the received item because it was Mega big what they sent... They received the item but... It has been 4 weeks. No one answers emails and their phone number is a fake one. DO NOT ORDER HERE IT IS A SCAMMER SHOP DEF PROVEN.

So ever since the new website it's sh'it. Before it was still sh'it but okay sh'it. Now its just sh'it. Customer service is just plain bad! Retour information and their phone number is nowhere to be found. If you buy something the ordering goes fast, the delivery time could definitely be better. But the refund takes up to 6 freaking weeks. I wish it had the power to pay their items within 6 weeks and show how freaking annoying that is! I don't actually recommend buying here but they do offer some nice stuff. Just have some patience.

Ive ordered package which after three weeks was still cruising over germany, never get it, sent 5 emails never get answer, spent hours waiting someone from customer service answer the phone finally some woman answer promes me she will fix everything and did nothing, i get return money after month but instead 280euro they gave me back only 200, emails - no response, phone - no response, highly not recommended bunch of thiefs i give one star couse i cant give 0, and thats what they deserve..

Ordered a sweatshirt on 10/20/2023.....today its 11/9/2023 and still no info on my order. it said it was confirmed...i live in europe, shop is in germany, i dont think it takes this much time to deliver...even tho i sent a lot of emails to this guys they never replied anywhere. then i come here and i see im not the only one with the issue. please be safe and don't get scammed. i made the mistake to not check the reviews first, but definetly my last time as a customer here.

I received a package for my order containing completely the wrong items from what I believe is another order placed by another customer. I have been asked to ship these back to get a refund. This is crazy! Defshop made a mistake and is burdening me with sending these items back as if I have time for this. I just want my money back at this point!

Def Shop, you've really taken me for a ride. I ordered pants on October 7th, but they never showed up, and I've sent countless emails. With reviews like yours, I'm not confident in using email or phone for support. I'm starting to think this might be a one-person operation. My order number is 20002 for the ONLY & SONS Cam Dew. Can someone please refund me for the item that was never delivered?

Can’t complain at all. I ordered a pair of shoes which arrived in good order. They don’t send mails but the order could be tracked via my account on the website. Tracking was available within a few days.

Non-functional, do not order from here. I made an order on 25th September, but two days later I cannot access my order via their website, no shipping confirmation or anything. I tried emailing and calling but no responses, it is absolutely impossible to get into contact with them.

Poor quality. Picture doesnt look like the real product. FAKE!

First order. Everything very good, delivery time ok.

I always like shopping with Defshop, great prices, great products, but the shipping is just too slow for me, to the point where it really bothers me.

Might be the fault of Defshop or PostNL, but my package will be in the PostNL system for multiple days and it’ll constantly say the package will be delivered today, only for it to say it’ll be delivered tomorrow after a while, and it keeps doing that for usually about a week until I receive my items. I know PostNL is usually really quick with their deliveries, I can only assume they have to delay the package because they themselves haven’t received it yet. And I think that’s the case , because the shipping confirmation always comes much later than the order confirmation.

This is the only issue I have with Defshop. Imagine staying home because you’re expecting a package, only to get notified you’ll have to wait another day.

If they manage to fix this issue, I’ll probably never order clothes anywhere else again, lol. Been ordering from Defshop for years now, but the issue I described above is the only reason why I don’t order as much from them.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, DO NOT BUY HERE.
After sending a product back they will never issue a refund, never answer any more mails, and their phone line will never work as it’s always “busy”. It will auto hang up on you.
There are tons of better online shops out there, do yourself a favor and avoid this scam.
