When it's about money they don't response.... And you can't contact them by mail or telnumber.
I ordered clothing, I wanted to send them back. I got a message from postnl that they send it, but Defshop never gave my money back.

We are sorry to hear you had a bad experience with us. At the moment, due to the corona virus and the lockdown that happened in Europe over the past few weeks, we need more time than usual to process returns. We have received thousands of packages and we need to process them individually which is time consuming. We are doing everything we can to refund our customers as fast as we can but returns currently take 3 to 4 weeks to be processed.
We do reply to every call and every e-mail that we get, however for the same reason longer waiting times are currently to be excepted.
We will contact you per e-mail as soon as your return will be processed.
