I recently ordered from deplacer.com and am always sceptical from buying toys online, however, I found this website to be more catering than others I have used in the past and am very happy with their services. I contacted them with some questions regarding certain products and they were quick with helpful responses to make the online shopping experience much easier. Also I was incredibly happy to see that they had everything I was searching for in stock as other websites did not. All my products arrived on time and were everything they were labelled to be, which is what you want with a website like this. I don't usually leave reviews but I was very pleased with their services. I found the website easy to use, everyone at the website was helpful, and the products were great. I definitely will be using their website again to buy future toys and DVDs.

I had some questions about my order and the support team was fantastic and helped me through everything.The shipment was packaged well, so that the exterior had nothing to do with the interior. Overall, the quality of my order was amazing and I would definitely recommend them over some other sites that I have tried before. However, it is important to note that the shipping does take a bit of time, so a bit of forewarning on that. It may have been due to me being in California, but it took 3 weeks to arrive.

I am Fariha, has been using the deplacer.com products from few days and I had really a great experience. The products with the wide variety are really amazing and cost effective. And more than that they are very reliable as it’s my third experience of using the products the customer service found excellent. The employees are very cooperative in communication and give on time response whenever I need to purchase something else. The delivery service was very efficient I don’t need to wait for a long time. I have been in touch as a customer with many UK companies but I found deplacer.com just perfect. However the quality of products which I used is really superb. The best thing I found here is a wide range of products with so one doesn’t need to go anywhere else. And the products which I selected online were the same as their looks. Any customer wants a quality product with an affordable price range that I found in deplacer.com. Lovely collections, Best quality, reasonable price and a perfect timing at one place. Till today May 8th still not receiving the parcel. It has been already 6 months. No refund too.

WOW !!!! I just started working with Deplacer only about 2 weeks and they are just the best. I bought a few personal items and the way their customer service personnel interacted with me made me feel good for the first time. I thought that was the end but the time my purchase took to get to me was awesomely fast, faster than even "some logistics services we know" nevertheless the packaging of my purchase, it came concealed as I wanted. I still don't feel I satisfied with the 5 stars I want more stars because my experience with Deplacer is one I would never forget. I highly recommend that if you want retail products of very high quality, its Deplacer or its no one.

Deplacer.com a répondu qu'il me renvoyait à nouveau le produit, puis deplacer.com a envoyé un message (toujours en réponse à mes questions car Deplacer.com ne vous parle jamais si vous ne les interrogez pas), me disant que le produit était en rupture de stock ... sans me donner de date de livraison.
J'ai donc demandé un remboursement conformément à mes droits... Depuis Deplacer.com m'a dit qu'ils prenait ma demande en compte sans me donner de date de remboursement... J'ai interrogé Deplacer.com pour savoir quand j'allais recevoir mon argent... aucune réponse.
Deplacer se moque de ses clients.
Evitez à tous prix ce site ! Je ne suis pas le seul dans le cas heureusement. Il faudrait réussir à faire condamner le site ou à le faire fermer. Aucun numéro de téléphone où l'on peut joindre ce vendeur qui se cache derrière un service client déplorable. .
Ce vendeur m'a pris 85€ ! Et je ne sais pas quand je vais les récupérer. c'est honteux.

I have ordered (# 512501272) on December 19, 2016 for an amount of 84,68 €.

Deplacer.com replied that it was returning the product back to me, then deplacer.com sent a message (always in response to my questions because Deplacer.com never talks to you if you do not ask them), telling me that Product was out of stock ... without giving me a delivery date.
So I asked for a refund according to my rights ... Since Deplacer.com told me they took my request into account without giving me a repayment date ... I asked Deplacer.com to find out when I was going to receive my money ... no answer.
Moving makes fun of its customers.
Avoid at all costs this site! I am not the only one in the case fortunately. The site should be condemned or closed. No phone number where you can reach this seller who hides behind a deplorable customer service. .
This seller took me 85 €! And I do not know when I'll get them back. it is shameful.

I ordered several personal items from this website recently. Because of the private nature of these items, and the distance that the item was coming from (I'm in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada), I was a bit worried that the packaging would either give away the contents or it would take a long time. I didn't need to be worried. The items arrived very quickly, and were very securely and discreetly packaged. Everything was in perfect condition. I couldn't ask for more. One of the easiest online shopping experiences I have ever had.

Amazing online sexshop
A friend of mine referred me to deplacer.com last year and I've never for once regretted patronizing them.
Their prices are a bit cheaper and their toys are of better quality than that of my former seller and their customer service is top notch because I've dealt with them at a time and they were really helpful.
I buy things from them and I get it delivered to me at the appropriate time, I was never disappointed.
I do recommend them!!

I have had a couple of tiny issues with website, but they always did resolve the issues and I was happy with the out come. Overall, there service is perfect. I have been a customer for almost 4 years. I am disabled and can not buy on the street, so I do almost everything online and so deplacer.com makes sense for my. My last order has been the number 512501291.

If you don't want to lose your money avoid this company at all costs. Excuse after excuse. Delay after delay. No customer service. No response to emails. No shipment tracking information provided after multiple email requests. I lost $500. Word to the wise if the prices are too good to be true, then well...

I don't believe a word of what you wrote. Why would you put it back in inventory and sell it to someone else knowing before it was returned to you that it was to be reshipped to the correct address? And I thought you had a warehouse fire told to me by your "marketing" person on tumblr?

At this point I'm done. I don't care anymore. Don't send me anything. Keep my money. Lesson learned. If a deal is too good to be true, then well...

I ordered my pants directly from the company that makes them. They arrived in 4 days. Not sure why Deplacer takes 2 months and still no items have arrived.

Also just wanted to note this domain is registered in Louisiana with only a PO Box address.

Also called the phone number multiple times on your website and all I got was a recording.

I placed an order in August 2016, after 3 months, they sent me 3 articles, and 10 articles have not yet been sent.

A great website that always works well

Thanks to the recommendation of a friend, I decided to buy from this store and it was a very good decision! They have a variety of products to please everyone, and when I say everyone is serious! In fact, I got several products I had been looking for some time, and of course I bought them all. 
They also offer prices that I have not yet obtained in any other store, which certainly make deplacer.com one of my favorite stores. 
As for the shipping service, all excellent! Of course, you must to have a little patience since the products travel from Germany. In my case, from Germany to the United States, the delivery time was the one indicated to me when I made the purchase. 
On the other hand, the users service from the store contacted me by mail to tell me how my purchase process was going, is something that surprised me pleasantly. 

Upon receiving my box I reviewed each of the products of the purchase, and they were each and every one in excellent condition and I could also see that they are of excellent quality.

So in conclusion, the waiting time for the package is worth it if you take into account the great prices, the great variety of products, the quality of the products and the personalized service you receive.

A store that I totally recommend!

Very good buy and very satisfied with the products bought. I do not agree with other reviews that I read, since I arrived all on time, very discreet and without problems. I made a new order and I will continue to buy in a place that gives me confidence.

I made my first purchase in 2005 and I am still a customer to this day.

I have 37 orders placed to this site and all to date have been delivered satisfactorily. In some occasions there was some delay in the delivery or exchange of some defective product, but in general I have always been very happy with my purchases.

There are still pending items from my last purchase that told me that I would arrive in a second shipment. I know I will not have problems, like I've never had.

I have to point out that I always buy here not only for the good service and the huge amount of items they have, but also because they always offer me very good prices that I can not find elsewhere and have never been charged for shipping.

I congratulate them for such good service and I hope they continue this way for many more years.

Im April 2016 bestellte ich einen Artikel (Order #101671) bei deplacer.com. Als Zahlungsmittel wählte ich Kreditkarte, deren Daten ich auch eingab. Nach Abschicken der Bestellung kam eine Meldung, dass Zahlungen per Kreditkarte gerade nicht angenommen werden können. Ich möchte doch bitte das Geld auf ein Konto überweisen. Die Kontodaten (für ein Konto in Spanien) bekam ich per e-mail zugeschickt. Ich überwies das Geld an das dort angegebene Konto - ja ich war so blöd - und es passierte: NICHTS. Keine Ware, keine Reaktion. Ich schrieb einige e-mails und fragte an, wo denn meine Ware bleiben würde und dass ich mein Geld zurück haben wollte - keinerlei Reaktion. Als ich drohte ich würde alle schwulen Magazine in Deutschland darüber informieren, wie unzuverlässig dieser Online-Sexshop ist, kam die erste Reaktion: Die Ware wäre im Moment nicht vorrätig, man würde sie liefern sobald sie da wäre. Ich warte bis heute und kann nur empfehlen hier nicht zu bestellen.

Referring to the answer of deplacer.com I would like to quote from an e-mail of deplacer.com, which I saved in my documents and also did send as a proof to trustpilot.com:

- followed by a bank account number in Spain, to which I sent the money on the same day, documented in the statements of my bank account.

As one can see, my payment via credit card was not rejected! It was allegedly not possible to charge my credit card, because of "incidents in deplacer.com's payment system". Until now I did not receive neither the ordered article nor my money back. In my eyes definitely a deception! Because of this I rated deplacer.com so negative. I highly recommend NOT to buy at deplacer.com!

My order #512501202 was did it in 05/10/2016. Two weeks later they told me was in deadline for delivery. One month later some items not in stock but the others told me was sending separately. I choose alternative items and received all of them before the ones were in stock, supposedly. Seven weeks later, after claiming, they told me the others items delayed for the provider. I claim 16/11/2016 refund completely for breach of the European law on electronic commerce one month for delivery. Five days later no money back, no claim answer, still waiting.
Very bad client support. Bad logistic support. Bad stock control and information in web product.
Totally not recommended.

Seeking quality,value and above all personalized attention and here I found all three.I was not sure because it was my first purchase,but I have been pleasantly surprised.Thank you for the gifts.They have a new client
