Very nice software support by James R. I was unable to get good functionality from the duplicate finder due to my quantity of disorganized files in a single folder, but if you have a normal use case I believe their software may work very well for you.

I have bought Duplicate Cleaner pro this morning, but I never recieved a registration key. I tried to recover the key but all of my e-mail adresses are not recognized. There is no way to directly contact them, no phone, no e-mail. I feel ripped off.

I really love Duplicate Cleaner. It has saved me a tremendous amount of work. I'm very happy with the support service as well.

I met this company because of the Duplicate Cleaner Pro program. It helps my productivity a lot. Invariably, we have numerous duplicate files. Sometimes we put photo files in temporary folders. Other times we copy the same files to different places. And the disk becomes unnecessarily full. It is very difficult to find these duplicate files manually.
Recently, I contacted support and was very well attended. Recommended company. Nice work. Continue that way. Success!

Knew exactly what I was doing wrong and told me exactly how to fix my problem. I am only using the free version and they still responded very quickly. I am going "Pro" now, based on their timely and correct support (The program (Duplicate Cleaner) is also awesome)

I needed some photo duplicate software in a hurry to deal with several thousand duplicates. The DigitalVolcano software dealt with the challenge without any issue.

There are a lot of options so I'd recommend you play around a bit then scan the the manual.

There are some very useful options and there was nothing I wanted to do that I couldn't find a way.

Very timely and exceptionally easy to follow instructions. Took less than a minute. No complex unnecessary interactions.

5 stars for support help. Got a perfectly helpful response to my support request (regarding Duplcate Cleaner Pro) in just over two hours ... and that on a Sunday! (And it was already 5:02pm in the UK when I posted my support request). Thank you.

When I emailed DigitalVolcano over a perceived failure of DuplicateCleaner Pro, I received an automated response saying that my issue would be addressed within 24 hours.

During my wait, I discovered that the issue was not with DigitalVolcano, but with Windows opening about 90% of the files on the screen, while opening the remaining 10% or so only in the Taskbar where they were unresponsive to clicks. If you are having this problem, you can find a solution with a Google search.

As stated, Digital Volcano Support responded as expected, and provided me with the information I ultimately needed, which was to download the latest version to a new computer

Very prompt and very appropriate trouble shooting. Great to know that the Company is readily available and listening to me on the other end of the email. Very responsive. Over the years of my association with the Company (Bought licences for Duplicate Cleaner 3 and 4), I have recommended the Company and the products, specifically my favourite, Duplicate Cleaner, to many friends.

I accidentally ordered two copies of the de-duplicating software- first I paid for it with my Amazon account, but it did not seem like the order was going through, so I paid for it directly with a visa- then the amazon order went through, so I had paid for two seperate digital downloads. I went to support, and asked for a refund on the Amazon payment, which they processed immediately, and Amazon confirmed the refund a couple of hours later. I really could not have asked for anything more from what was, after all, my fault.
